Doctor Omran was the worst doctor I've ever had the displeasure of met in my entire life.

This is our first family doctor we've got since we arrived here at Canada coming from Brazil, and for my surprise we met this horrible doctor that is worst than the worst doctor I have ever met in my home country.

He was rude all the time during the entirely consultation, making me answering his questions in the same rude and sarcastic way he was answering mine.
My wife just asked for a reference in some vitamins or a good medicine to solve low immunity issues, because she was sneezing and nose bleeding for almost 1 month and a half, so it was clearly a low immunity case, and he told her "you don't have low immunity, because the only way to get low immunity is if you're doing chemotherapy or radiotherapy", and that is not true, you learn in school at science class that a person can low your immunity with too much stress or even anxiety, besides that, some chronic diseases like diabetic or even a diarrhea can low your immunity as well.

Another weird thing was when he asked about some health issues to my wife, and I told him she has myoma in her uterus, so he asked me, in a rude way "ok, but what kind of myoma?", and I told him, "I don't know, generally in my home country the doctors ask for a gynecological exam to know what kind of myoma a woman has", and he told me he need to know what kind of myoma she has before to order an exam, because here the things works in this way, in other countries may be different, but here the patient needs to give him this kind of information... I just stayed astonished with his answer and with his lack of knowledge in medicine procedures. Even me and my wife that aren't doctors know that ask for an exam to know which kind of issue a person has is the correct and basic procedure. How does he expect a patient knows if he or she has a benign cancer or a malignant cancer for instance? The patients are supposed to go to a Medicine University to take some classes to discover their own health problems? If so, we don't need doctors that receive a bunch of money to ask a couple of questions in the most rude way possible and not solving any medical problem.
I guess he doesn't have a clue on what he is doing there... Did Legacy Medical Centre checked if this guy really has a doctor degree? It seems he doesn't know what to do and is just being arrogant with the patients to give the impression he has some authority in what he's "doing" (nothing).

Great staff and great service. Dr. Omran is very helpful and shows that he truly cares about his patients. My wife and I are very happy with the service from Legacy Health Clinic.

Do not see Dr. Zara Shakeel.
I'd rate 0 stars if I could.

At my very first appointment with her she straight up told me she wouldn't help me at all for two of my main diagnosed medical conditions (bipolar 2 and chronic pain conditions... she didn't even ask me what my pain conditions were.)

My previous family doctor helped me with all of my medical issues... what kind of Doctor says that? Completely unacceptable.

Do not see this doctor, she seems to have no interest in helping her patients.

Worse experience ever with Dr Omran, after my boys and I were approved, a week after Dr Omran refused us not exact details of reason behind but according to The College of Physicians of AB, a dr has to give a valid reason to turn his back on patients.

I'm sure this clinic has good intentions but the Dr Sayeda Mariaa Husaini is absolutely the worst representation of medical care in Canada. This person lacks all empathy and compassion. Don't ever think that this person cares for you. What she will do however is game you for as many appointments as possible; like only refilling prescriptions for 30 days so you HAVE to go back and she can bill another appointment. And that's not even the worst of what she has done to me. I feel sorry for anyone who has her as their physician. I really hope she gets reported. Disgusting.

Do not waste your time or your tax pairs.Money on legacy medical.

If you ask too many questions or want to have an actual conversation About what the doctor is telling you.

Even if you don't raise your voice they will tell you that your being combative or being argumentative.

If you ask for patient Advocate, so that you feel comfortable.

At that point they let you go as a patient because they don't have to provide that.

Even though the doctor has proven time again to be incompetent.

Please tell me if I was being combative. Why would I be asking for a patient advocate.

I've even had been told by the head Doctor that is a retiring From this clinic, that my complaints are a recurring issue for Dr Shakeel. That this Dr has had more than one complaint about the same issues that I had with her, showing a Lack of professionalism and an inability to complete her job.

In my opinion Doctor Shakeel is a waste of canadian tax payers money. I don't believe she knows how to do her job adequately.

And I do not recommend Dr shakeel as a good canadian doctor nor do I recommend how this clinic handles patients Concerns.

I give them a negative 10 at this point in time.

I would like to point out. I have only been a member at this clinic since the end of December beginning of january this year.
A Total of 3 months maximum.

You wanna see a Doctor like this? You be my guest, but for me.

I'd rather sit in the hospital for 5 hours and get proper treatment.

I would also like to add that. There was no abuse, no violence, no screaming or yelling.

It was the doctor who felt uncomfortable talking to me in front of my husband.
And when I refuse to see the doctor without a patient advocatethat's. they dropped me as a patient and they're saying that i'm being abusive.

Like I said, a total waste of tax.Payers money they're manipulating and lying about situations to try to make themselves look like decent people and they're not.

There is no reason why patients should not have a patient advocate in their room and for a Doctor to release you as a patient.
Because you ask for one is inappropriate.

Now the Doctor's office keeps claiming that I was abusive

but I have witnes that will state that I was not.

Can they say the same thing. Not unless they're lying. I would like to see video proof considering doctor's office have cameras now.

I guarantee you They cannot provide evidence because there is no evidencet because they're lying.

Just like they did when they said I was being abusive.

If a doctor office is going to lie about this Kind of unethical behavior , how Kind any Canadian trust them to be honest anout their healthcare.

You be the judge.

but don't come crawling back and crying to anybody else when the doctor treat you bad.

Because you Got fair warning.

Those who choose not to listen to the warning That other people are brave enough to put up for your benefit, have noone to blame but themselves.

Just got a doctor here after years without one, with my last having been at Bigelow Fowler South. Anyone who was at that clinic knows how awful the front desk experience could be. Every interaction with desk staff has been pleasant and our meet and greet with the new doc was a breath of fresh air. I am so grateful!

Dr. Lagadin was so amazing to have in Medicine Hat that I will happily make the trip to Lethbridge to see her. She is incredibly thorough, lovely to interact with, and makes sure you feel comfortable and that all your concerns are addressed. Grateful to have her!
