Tbh one if not the worst the hospital I've ever been 2. Was checked in around 230 and never even had a chance to see a doctor i left at 1030pm. Had multiple people who checked in after me go through and their excuse was triage level. Mean while you have people limping and a kid running and playing the whole 8-9 hour wait getting in before me when I was rushed to the hospital last time for this same peoblem. Even told the nurse my symptoms were getting worse 2 times. They really don't seem like they care at all.

Long wait for triage (over an hour)and then to get called into a room to see Dr. In total took over 6 hrs when I got there at 1 PM. Once in Dr and staff for xray and blood work was very efficient and very informative. Long wait is to be expected in any emergency room in Ontario so if you go there, expect it. They are also implementing a new system. So be patient (no pun intended)

Was such a better experience than what we had at KGH in Kingston. The nurses were much nicer, and more kind to us. It took less time to get in to see a doctor in the ER. We got there fairly early so it was roughly around a 2 hour wait (altogether). The doctor was kind to us, got my grandfather the antibiotics he needed, and even lined him up with a doctor there for his many health problems he has. We are very grateful, as KGH wouldn't even see my grandfather, despite him waiting 8 hours in the ER. He could have lost his foot! But the doctor here got him everything he needed and his foot looks much better now!

My family and I unfortunately have been to the hospital many times. Everything from severe allergic reactions, flu, eye infection, etc. You name it ,it happened. When you're not feeling well or family, it's hard to appreciate the positive things going on. Like free parking, that's amazing. Clean and safe building. Friendly and caring doctors and staff. No druggies screaming and attacking staff like in the Belleville hospital. This location is great. Due to everyone coming from far and wide, the wait times are comparable to Belleville hospital times. Also, this location doesn't have as many resources as Belleville or Kingston hospitals have to offer. Thank you, guys, for taking care of my family and others. Keep up the great work. You're doing great

On October 1st, at the end of a wonderful time at my niece’s wedding, I had an unfortunate fall and fractured my wrist.

That was followed by an incredible experience at Napanee Hospital!

Everyone from the triage nurse to other nurses who offered warm blankets and the doctor who treated my injury were all compassionate, kind, professional, and efficient.

Dr. Anastasia Lezhanska was outstanding!

She quickly arranged for x-rays, and provided pain medication. After a thorough examination, and discussion with the radiologist, she carefully casted my thumb, wrist, and forearm. I appreciated that she was very thorough in her instructions, and the importance of how to seek follow-up the following week in my own hometown.

She contacted my family doctor in Ottawa as well to inform her of the incident, and to have me referred to a specialist ASAP for follow-up.

Things fell into place in Ottawa and within 10 days I was in the hands of an orthopaedic surgeon who was impressed by the way my hand was healing. He said the Emerge Doc did a great job!

Tonight at the two week mark of my incident Dr. Lezhanska called me at home to see how I am doing, and asked if I was able to get the follow up care that I needed here in Ottawa

I can’t even tell you how impressed I am with this Dr!

Napanee and surrounding residents, and visitors who need emergency care, you will be lucky to have her ( and all the caring staff) at the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital provide you with outstanding medical care.

This was my fourth experience with this hospital and while I waited longer than the last times, I found that the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. After having gone to Trenton to go to a walk in clinic I had googled it turned out that they had closed down and the other two were virtual and I wanted to see a doctor so I called the walk in clinic in Napanee and the voice recording said that they would take walk ins. I drove there only to find out that they had closed around Covid but didn’t have the decency to take down their webpage and phone number so I went to the emergency instead and waited for 5 hours but I was not a priority and many others were served before me. I still am impressed by the cleanliness and efficiency of the over worked staff. Kudos to the staff 👍🌹

5 hours waiting for xray results past midnight and i still haven’t heard anything about when i will be seen again… also a very quiet night with a nearly empty waiting room

I went in to emerg a week ago last Monday evening and was seen right away, evaluated and admitted. I was treated with respect, kindness and professionally. Kept a very close eye on and was there for complications as they appeared. They had been absolutely fabulous and I am so glad I went there instead of where I was headed. I was at a 4 way stop and told my daughter to turn right as I it was closer. Best decision I could have made and I would do it again in a heart beat. They took awesome care of me at all times and transferred me to Kingston when things turned without hesitation and my doctor came in the ambulance with me. With me til I was in good hands. Me, personally, 5 stars and beyond.
