I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I've been a patient there for over a year now. Here we go, this clinic is very slow (I know, a huge problem for millions of Canadians right now). If you book an appointment, expect to see your doctor 30 to 60 minutes later generally, however, tonight was different. Several people (estimated 5) waited over an hour in the lobby to be called upon. I waited an hour, then another 45 minutes while sitting in the room. I have other things to get done, so I walked out. It's a huge waste of time for many people. There's one overworked doctor there and too many appointments are booked in one day.

The doctor asked my mom to visit him right after her ultrasound without an appointment but when we went there the lady at front said he won’t be able to check you because there is no appointment. She said this without asking him. That is so stupid and frustrating especially the lady at front doesn’t know how to communicate and she doesn’t even listen to what the patient is saying.

The doc is actually pretty good, gives you some real helpful advice and stuff. But the lady at the front desk. She's got to be the worst customer service I've ever received. If you can't understand her accent and ask her to repeat herself over the phone, she'll just hang up on you. And don't even try calling them to make an appointment, they take forever to pick up. It's like they're always doing something else and can't be bothered.

The absolute RUDEST woman working the front desk. I called after being referred here and had some questions. I was interrupted with “we don’t take walk ins” and then she hung up. Didn’t let me finish my sentence, didn’t let me ask my questions. I cannot believe someone so rude and inconsiderate is allowed to work in the front of a doctors office.

The worst front desk lady I've ever seen in my life.We came in with our 81 year old friend for her doctor's appointment.Her appointment was for 1130am and we were here at 1130am on the noise.At noon we were still in the wating room so I took apon myself to ask how much longer would we be wating.In the most unprofessional way possible I was told to sit back down and be patient. I have never seen such ignorance in a so called professional clinic.I recomend another clinic to see a doctor.81 years old not feeling well at all and told to sit down and wate.WOW

I needed to book a medical fitness exam and called to see if they were able to perform it here and if I can book one if possible and the receptionist interrupted me mid-sentence, said "What?" really rudely, then when I restarted my question she didn't even let me finish my question, she just said "no, we don't take walk-ins" and hung up on me. I wasn't even looking for a walk in. She shouldn't be allowed to answer phones with how rude and unprofessional she is.
