Incompetent! I asked upon arrival if I can get my test done there, to which the tech said yes and it was a one hour test, I waited another 25mins to be seen only for the other tech to tell me I could not get the test done because there was not enough time before closing! The tech who told me I could was too busy talking to another patient (former neighbor) about life instead of doing her due diligence and informing me correctly! Then I was charged $6.00 for parking when it costs $3 and I was told I was out of luck! Terrible experience experience and complete lack of sympathy or empathy with no apologies from the staff

I was there this morning and out of there in 40 minutes even though there were 10 people ahead of me, and she was the only one doing paper works and draw the blood. The technician was amazing, polite and friendly. Thank you so much for your great services & I wish you all the best!

Very kind and super efficient one-woman, walk-in only show! I usually prefer appointments but I was seen quicker as a walk-in here than any appointment I've made elsewhere. I've been to many Life Labs and while I've never had a bad experience at one beyond a long wait, I'll continue to use this clinic. Happy to pay for the $3 parking in order to get blood taken here again.

Very efficient, especially considering there’s only one technician working, and she was also trying to train the person working at the reception desk. Even with all that, I was in and out within 15 mins this morning.

I didn't catch the ladies name but she is so quick and efficient while running the show on her own. She is super friendly too, so I'd hate to see the attitudes of the people writing the negative comments. I'll pay $3 any day to be in and out of a walk in appointment rather than sitting and waiting an hour or so any where else.

Single technician works as hard as a whole team of people. She is awesome and the most skilled at drawing blood that I have ever experienced! I am a senior, I have had blood drawn many, many times. Bravo young lady!

Ashley is incredible. Doing the job of 3 people and was quick, efficient, professional and friendly. For a walk in with 9 people ahead of me, in and and out in under an hour. I'm happy.
