Excellent care by Shawn and his whole team. Very knowledgeable, competent and professional. The facility was always clean and comfortable, the staff always welcoming and friendly. Treatment was well communicated and effective. Will recommend to anyone who asks me. My wife was sent here by TD Insurance after an auto accident, and finds the Physiotherapist to lack bedside manner, knows they don't confirm chart information before an appointment as they ask about what side they should be working on nearly every appointment. However! Robin, the Masseuse is incredible, listens to her needs, works the areas that are actually troubling her and is responsive and reactive during treatments to ensure the pain is being treated. If you come here, do it only for massage, and ask for Robin!!

Second time I’ve had to have physio for a sports injury. Shawn Sangster & the rest of the Core staff are second to none. For one injury I spent months in physio with no progress. Booked with Shawn & was done & dusted in 3 weeks! Godsend!

Was sent here for psychology help after an MVA. Took forever to get an appointment and every time it was an ordeal to deal with the person behind the desk. The actual psychologist was kind of a joke. It was a fortune for 2 separate 1 hour appointments, 40 minutes of which were filling out stupid worksheets. If you need mental health consider other options.
