While searching for a facility to address my skin tag and wart concerns, I discovered this establishment. I was pleased to find it to be exceptionally tidy and well-maintained, with a friendly and accommodating staff. Additionally, they provided a complimentary consultation and offered me a laser treatment for removal. However, it's worth noting that due to the absence of a dermatologist on-site, they have certain limitations when it comes to specific treatments.

So far I've been impressed by their professionalism and knowledgeable staff they also know the limits of how hard to motivate or encourage patience as to not overexert themselves and will work with and taylor your recovery appropriately

I made an appointment with the owner of Lime Clinic. When I went there, the receptionist arranged me to see another physiotherapist instead, who only saw me once and went for vacation and let her unlicensed assistant to treat me for a whole month.

Her assistant shocked me in the electric therapy and caused terrible pain. I asked the receptionist if I can talk to the owner. I meant to change to a licensed therapist. The receptionist replied MAYBE.

After two days, the owner didn't call me in the agreed time. I wrote a polite email in which I cancelled the remain appointments.

Yet the owner called me later that day. He was mad at me and yelled, "You cancelled the appointment just because I didn't call you" As a patient, I was yelled at for having cancelled appointments? Hello?

He also accused me with staff abuse and stated one of his employee was crying. His employee was crying after I cancelled the appointments and it was my fault His unlicensed employee shocked me and caused me pain. I didn't sue him and he accused me for abusing his staff?

Worst physio clinic ever. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I started going here for prenatal massages and I always leave feeling so much better. Sierra does an amazing job! I also left my wedding rings there once and I didn’t get far because Sierra ran out after me with them. I am very happy I made the choice to go with Lime Health & Wellness and highly recommend it!

I would HIGHLY recommend Lime to anyone seeking physiotherapy and/or massage. Brandon is an excellent Physiotherapist who is highly knowledgeable, especially in concussion care. And Sierra is a wonderful massage therapist. Both are genuine, caring individuals who excel at what they do. The front staff are also great. Thanks Lime!

Don't go here. The owner, Amy, is a bully with zero accountability. Which I found out when trying to get into contact with her after she destroyed my arm. Numerous current and previous staff, as well as past clients reached out to me saying they had a similar experience as mine where she treats people exceptionally poor.

Some genuine feedback, find someone registered that knows how to use their machine, knows how to communicate, and maybe is a bit kinder. It’s not worth the infection, the months of healing, the gross painful scar, or getting a call at your job to have a middle aged woman try to manipulate you through yelling/threats/intimidation. Yeah. It got wild.
Don’t trust individuals as professionals just because they have a business license. Be smart and do your homework, which you are doing in part if you are reading the reviews. So good on you. Make sure they are registered. And run far from here for your wellbeing.
