The doctors are nice but omg the wait times to just get ahold of a receptionist is absolutely unacceptable. I wait minimum 20 minutes, and it can be for up to one hour or more. They either need to hire more people or hire people who actually will do their job.

Reception here is absolutely horrid! been going to this doctors office my whole life, and over the past few years the quality of receptionists has gone down. i used to have to wait 10 minutes max to get through, now every time i call it’s close to an hour wait, yet every time i’m in i see the staff blatantly ignoring calls. When they do pick up they are short and snappy and not helpful at all. Doesn’t feel like the staff cares a lot about patient care.

One day, nice receptionist. Next day, NOT!! The first receptionist I spoke to said it shouldn't be a problem, but when I called back, I get lil' miss ignorant who, once I said I'll find a place on my own, hangs up on me. You'd think a doctor would be willing to simply refer you to medical assistance in the city you live, a huge city like St Catharines, which offers many places of the service you need, but at this office, you'd be wrong! They want me to drive 20 to 25 minutes for care when there are literally 3 places within 5 minutes of my home. I will be finding a new doctor far from this place. Good riddance!

Worst experience at a doctors office. 20 minute wait to talk to receptionist (during non peek times) over a month to see your doctor not a resident. And today I had an appointment booked for my daughter took the morning off work drove 1/2 hour to get there to be told my appointment was canceled. Receptionist said oh they tried to call on the 5th and couldn't/didn't leave a message. I responded with so how was I supposed to know it was cancelled and said how I took time off work for this. She said well we tried to call on the 5th. I may be able to get you in on short notice next week or the week after. I again said so because you tried once and didn't leave a message I am magically supposed to know its canceled. It was like talking to a wall.
No relationship built between doctor and patient. Its absolutely the worst experience Ive had. We hardly ever go to the doctors and this place is a nightmare.

I started going here in 2010 and I can honestly say this us one of the best family doctor office I have been with over the year's. When Dr.Jeffery came along I was so blessed to have her take me as a patient because my old gp had left. She saved my life. Now having her support to getting better and excepting me as me. The whole staff are friendly, listen well and have given me the best medical care I could ask for. I'm so thankful to all the staff here. Also remember people they are all human and can have bad day's and the staff put up with a lot of rude and untitled people. which Ive seen first hand going there for iver 10 year's. So have some compassion too

The doctors are awesome however, i have been on hold as long as and hour and a half- when I wanted to do was return a call from their nurse. I am not sure why in the last few months the hold times have increased.

I've been with the clinic since Dr. Zeyl in Grimsby. Dr. Zeyl and all the doctors since have been wonderful, particularly Dr. Biscotti. I haven't met my new doctor in person but she seems quite thorough on the phone. Unfortunately, she's leaving in June but I'm sure the clinic will offer the services of another wonderful doctor.
