WOW! I had Lionheart expedite a special occasion gift for me. I was super grateful for the request being fulfilled sooner than they usually would. In the end, the final product turned out PERFECTLY. Saved me a lot of work and did a better job then i ever could. Their customer service is top tier. I needed a logo engraved on a piece of leather for a present as an emergency. This was our first time using Lionheart’s services for engraving. Richard was so personable, patient, and helpful when we were trying to decide on a design and placement on a bracelet for our granddaughter's graduation gift. Richard and the team at Lionheart Laser are top notch! This is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with them in the past year, and both times have been an equally amazing experience! Recently, I reached out to them last minute to see if there was any possible way of getting some flasks engraved for my husband's Groomsmen, as we are finally able to celebrate our wedding and it totally escaped our minds to get this done sooner!!!! Richard was prompt in his email responses and the team went above and beyond to have them done in time for our big day! Customer service and quality of workmanship is a 10/10!
