Staff is phenomenal. They get back to you less than 24hrs, when you fill out the online question form. Knowledgeable and take pride in their work. If they don't have it. They will get it. Ask for Amanda!!!

Helpfully, knowledge and patience.
Never needing such services before, I didn't even know the correct questions to ask.

I was helped by a lady who was very helpful and patient even as closing time was close. She helped me understand what we needed and how to use it fully.

I have a win to celebrate! From my committed workouts with Living well.
Pulled out a pair of shorts to wear today and to my delightful surprise they fit with comfort.
Not the usual tight fit I usually have to put up with!
Bravo ! I have been able to keep up my workouts with live well , as they provide me more than just a workout.
They prove me with a positive support friendly place to work out.

I've never been in store but when I was in need of some things, Neil was a huge help. Delivered what i needed, picked it up, allowed me to switch it out for something better suited, got my things to me and got back to me in a timely fashion. Extremely helpful and kind. I came to this store after the sleep clinic and I dealt with Cathy specifically. The place was amazing, had lots of variety but most importantly Cathy was extremely helpful and nice. I will come back and refer people to this store / location (Bowmanville) because of Cathy alone.

Excellent customer service! The Bowmanville and Peterborough locations coordinated seamlessly to assist me in getting quick service on a lift chair for my 96 year old Nan. I greatly appreciated the extra mile the staff went to to coordinate the testing of a new remote in a rural area. Many thanks to Wendy & Tim in Peterborough, and Kaitlyn in Bowmanville.
