Such a great experience with the bakery! The cake decorater is AMAZING. Every year she makes the most incredibly decorated cake for my son! She brings my theme and vision to life every year and is so lovely about it! highly recommend !

How is it admissable that a store which stays open until 9PM during a weekday closes their deli at 6PM? The manager on duty was called and did absolutely nothing and provided no valid reason as to why an entire department of the store was shut down. This has happened during 3 of my previous visits.

Really guys? It's not enough that your brand is in the news for price gouging, but you have to reinforce a bad reputation with this mismanagement. Shame.

I am also writing to complain about an older employee named Joanne who works at the self checkout. When we scanned our eggs, a price came up that was different than what we had noted when we picked them up. The price was so good that we took a picture to send to our kids. I tried to explain politely that I had a picture to show her. She refused to look at it. She marched back to the egg section and came back to declare that the scanned price was correct. When I said that’s not the price advertised on the shelf. She rudely said “Not my problem!”

Would like to score 0 stars but it does not allow. Sunday 9th March at approximately 1.57 pm I parked in Loblaws parking lot to do a weekly shop. Needed to pick something up across the street and thought it might be closed by the time I was done my shop (it closes at 3 pm). At 2.04 pm returned to my car to put item in my car and then proceed into Loblaw to do my shop. I had a parking ticket with the time of 1:59 pm on it for $35.00 saying

1. Park motor vehicle on private property without consent of owner. Section 3.1.

Needless to say I did not go into Loblaw and spend my $150 on my groceries.

It was a Sunday so I was not avoiding paid street parking as there is none on Sundays. I simply ran across the street and then intended on getting my weekly shop.

It is disgusting that Loblaw have people patrolling the parking lot and ticketing 2 minutes after a person leaves their car.

Also are we supposed to walk into Loblaw and ask permission to park there as per the by-law? This is ridiculous and greedy behaviour. There was not an event going on. I am simply a busy person with 2 errands to run in close proximity.

I shall never shop at Loblaw again.

We stumbled here looking for some limes, which we couldn't find at the Farmers market. The produce were neatly organized and high quality, albeit the above average price. The self checkout process was very fast; there were many pay stations. 🙂

After having our son’s 3rd birthday cake ruined by another store, Cylie in the bakery department saved my son’s 3rd birthday party! She was incredibly kind and helped us with a brand new cake last minute. It turned out perfect! Our son was so happy to see his surprise Toy Story cake. We are so thankful for the wonderful customer service and the great cake too!
