Drivers with vans: receiving is on the north side. You back into the building into a door barely wide enough for your mirrors and they have zero lights inside to help guide you to the dock when it's glaring white with sun and snow outside. So you have to try a few times before they can open the dock plate. Could be solved with 2 tiny lights on either side of the dock at floor level. ***EDIT TO UDATE*** They have lights... just not the wherewithal to turn them on. 🤦‍♀️

I was trying to get Lowen windows to come and have a look at our doors to see if they can replace the weather strips and to check other things out. A guy was supposed to get back to me to schedule service but still hasnt called.

Expensive Over-Rated products. The lack of attention to details and, a Quality Assurance Dept that is Non Existent ...2 months has lapsed, no replacement or resolution to get a window replaced that was built backwards.

Screen assemblies that fit so loose that bugs the size of horseflies can get into your house.

Unequivocally, the most regrettable purchase and experience while building a new house.

Look elsewhere if you want Quality, Customer Service and Products Built with Integrity.

Good product but I had a bad stomach flu while working there and I got tested for covid and stayed home for 2 weeks because of it. But then I get a letter saying I was fired for not showing up.
