Disappointed with the service, came to quote the job while I was away from the house and didn’t even look into it fully. Just quoted full replacement of $4500 and collected service call fee by phone, didn’t even open the well. Went and got a second opinion who said the exact opposite of there diagnosis and fixed the problem with a $13 fitting.

I gotta say, Gavin treated me like a human today! When you go in with a broke down item and he tells you they won't even let you spend money there because it's a poorly made item! You have to respect someone who won't just take your money. Turns out, he gave me a clue and I fixed it myself, but will be back when I'm looking for my new sand point!. Great job!

London Pump Supply Ltd is the best place to buy any type of pump, water softener and water purification system in South Western Ontario. I have purchased a number of equipment pieces from them and have been nothing but completely satisfied. They tell you what you need and what you do not. They do not sell you anything you will not need. They have excellent customer service and support. Awesome service! My sump pump started running constantly and wouldn't shut off. I call London Pump Supply for assistance. A new sump pump was installed and good to go with 2 hours of my call. The tech explained the options available to me and once I picked the way I wanted to proceed he had everything with him to proceed with the job. I now have a new sump pump up to current code and significantly quieter !!!!

This place has the true experts and great customer service. I dealt with Karl and he spent more time than I could of ever expected answering my questions and explaining how to tackle the job of replacing my submersible pump. He had outstanding knowledge! I had never even been into my well before, but he supplied me with everything needed to replace my well pump, water line, and wiring. He went above and beyond. It was a very good experience, and I highly recommend dealing with them over any big box store due to there customer service, great knowledge and quality, in stock products. Started the job at 1 in the afternoon and I had water flowing by 5.

Been dealing with London Pump Supply for many years and so have my parents. Couldnt be happier with the level of service received from them. We have had well pumps, water softeners and sewage pumps all installed at our offices and our homes. I recommend them to everyone.

Aug 27 2020. Well they did it again. Fixed all my well equipment and made it so we have clean running water with 0 smell. Couldnt be happier with how things are working. Thank you guys again.

Excellent service. I had Emailed them about my problem with my sump pump check valve and how there was a loud clunk when it shut off. Chris Emailed me back and told me what I needed to fix the problem and that they had it in stock. I picked it up and he explained to me what I need to do and supplied me with everything I would need, I thought their prices were reasonable. With his advice I installed it in no time and now no more CLUNK. I want to thank him for his terrific service and advice.
