The techs are kind and very welcoming. Great people! The service provided is thorough and they have helpful recommendations. They answer all your questions and offer reassurance to any concerns you may have. Waldo and Benji helped me out to get my oil changed today and they did such a great job. Not only did they help with my oil change, they also talked me through ways to properly manage your oil amongst other things. They weren’t pushy about anything and were very kind in providing information to your car. They made sure that, after leaving Lube City, you were in good and knowledgeable hands.
