Cora helped me through my pregnancy, delivery and postpartum, and it was an incredible experience! I felt great after birth because of all the pre-birth prep that we did!
Liana also calmed me down and grounded me, with her reflexology techniques. Her induction reflexology also helped me get into labour and be ready for labour.

I have been seeing Cora for my physio ailments for just over a year now, and most recently throughout my first pregnancy-related needs. She is a lovely, personable, ray of sunshine at every appointment and has helped me greatly with my mobility. I had the anti aging facial with Raya. I have to say it was a wonderful experience. She has a light touch, but very effective. The facial was gentle and relaxing. Several lotions from cleansing to anti aging were used. My face felt immaculate when she was done. It was I am sure the best facial I have ever had and I have had several. I will repeat this service and the pricing is reasonable. Please treat yourself soon.

Had my first baby in July this year, it was surprisingly a very smooth delivery thanks so much to Cora and Liana! I did regular vaginal birth, no epidural and I did not have any tears!!! Thanks to Cora for working with me to strengthen my pelvic floor. I saw here since I was 8 weeks pregnant (since I knew I was pregnant) and she worked with me to improve my pelvic strength and just overall physique. My husband and I also booked a Mock Labour Day session with her which we found helped us so much to prepare for the day of labour. Preparation is definitely key to a smooth delivery!
Also, the week of my due date, I had Covid. I booked an aromatherapy and reflexology session with Liana to help me feel better and also help induce labour for my due date. After the session with Liana, my Covid symptoms were gone and the next 2 days (day of my due date) my Covid was completely gone. I also started feeling contractions at 3am on the day of my due date so the reflexology definitely helped release any strains or tension in my body.
I’m now seeing Cora for postpartum care and recovery and so far things have been great, I honestly cannot recommend her and Liana enough to all my mom friends. I’m so grateful for both of them, without them I think my labour would not be the same!
