Hind sight is 20/20 and my choice in trusting this firm was a mistake. They only do the most basic of closing but the price is not basic.

I’m looking for my next property to buy and I won’t make the mistake of using Megan or this firm twice. Do not expect them to help you if you have ANY issues at all. You are on your own.

Communication before you hire them is fine but during and after, communication needs a lot of improvement.

Previous owner did not disclose problems with the property that cost me thousandssss. It’s been 7 weeks of calling and emailing this firm for help, I give up, Megan never returned one phone call even though her staff made multiple “phone appointments” for us to speak.

My real estate agent emailed important information to “my” lawyer which secretary claims they don’t have. So that tells me they are not very responsible with client info.

I highly recommend that you find a more reliable lawyer and staff to help with your property purchase. This place is all about fast money and once paid, you mean nothing!

I had a very professional and efficient relationship with the lawyer herself. Supporting staff tell you different things that you need to do that is fact their job. Between negotiating between lawyers, about mailing items (when I told them I was going to pick it up the next day), I have had to be on my toes since the start. Advocating what needs to be done. I’m a first time home buyer (which is a lot of different information you’re not used to). I just hope the next new buyers will have a better and more professional approve from assisting staff.
