Stay away from this business, We purchased our home in NewGlasgow, went into pre-pay a propane tank rental for the year (in Sept) and a fill up. They took 6 weeks to deliver the actual propane to the tank due to a said propane shortage at the time. Then Jan rolls around and I get billed for another year's propane tank rental. I pity any seniors who don't take notice to their bills who are getting shafted by this company.

When I first bought my house I brought them in to look the furnace over as it was old. They did some routine maintenance and told me it was in good shape. Since I had a heat pump as my primary heating source the tech told me to not worry about regular fuel delivery and just call in on a case by case basis.

The first time I use my furnace after it turns out the blower isn't working so the job I paid them to do was not done. When I called them about this their answer was literally, and I mean exact words, "We don't care since you aren't a fuel customer, we're not doing anything for you, we only did initial service because we wanted you as an oil customer"

Don't ignore all of the low reviews, they are all 100% truth

We were hit with a freak 5’ snow fall in 48 hours, so the snow banks from where the snowplow cleared the road are ridiculous. I was concerned they wouldn’t be able to reach my tanks, but they came, climbed over the bank - that’s taller than me, - and filled my tanks! Hero status ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Called late Last night as our Boiler had a Zone issue and would not shut off. Staff was super friendly and Nice even tho it was 1030 pm on a Friday! I Felt horrible calling so late. Rick (I believe it was, sorry if I got the name wrong) came out 9 am to fix the problem nice and quick! Super friendly. Thanks again for fixing our boiler!

I use MacGillivray for Servicing and Fuel, and will be using them when we do upgrades to the older heating system also!

Outstanding delivery of service. We also had them install a new furnace system our old one was dying. Rick and the guys did an excellent and clean installation. Highly recommend!
