Disappointed and would not recommend as expensive. They are friendly and did get the job done but they were not clear upfront about the cost. Ended up paying an extra $55 an hour over the $135 per hour for an helper without agreeing to this. I may have misunderstood but I would not have hired if I had known. Also, they didn’t have some basic parts which wasted a lot of time. At this rate, make sure you know what parts are needed before and buy them yourself if possible to save.

The plumbers are excellent and know what they are doing, however, I would like to give a huge thank you to the young lad Daniel who had come to fix our pump. Daniel was very professional and was super confident in his plumbing abilities. 5 stars for him!

The front desk is extremely professional, kind, and just on top of things. The plumbers were fast, clean, personable and efficient. I have used them 3 times now, twice for simple repairs, and once for a full pipe install, and cannot say enough kind things about them. On top of the efficiency and stellar customer service - they are extremely reasonably priced! Go with them!

Great experience & service! I’d been having issues with my water pressure tank, so I called MacPherson. Kathy had somebody at the house the next day to install a new one:) The service was quick and professional. I’d never hesitate to call MacPherson!

Our well pump just stopped working and we were out of water. We called McPhersons on a Sunday and discussed our repair options. We decided to wait until Monday and we hooked up a temporary hose connection to our neighbour. McPhersons arrived first thing Monday morning as promised. They had all the materials and equipment for the job. They pulled up our pump and diagnosed the problem to be a be a broken wire. We used this opportunity to replace the pump, wire and pipe as they had been in place for a long time and were all nearing end of life. They had up back in service with water again.
We were very happy with their service and professionalism. They kept us informed on the repair progress and communication was good. We found their pricing to be fair for the work they performed.
I would recommend McPhersons to anyone who is having well pump problems. They looked after us well!!

Our furnace was red tagged on an annual inspection. Our neighbour recommended MacPherson and even called them to phone us. Almost immediately I had a call from MacPherson, set up an appointment for the next day. Had my new furnace three days later. Exemplary service. Quick, friendly and priced right. Highly recommend.
