*ATTENTION*

This establishment IS NOT a walk-in clinic. They advertise it on the front window and shows up on the internet as “walk in clinic”. Don’t get fooled by the false signage on the outside. Unfortunately this centre misleads patients and wastes your time. Making you think its for walk-in when it is not. Don’t bother coming here for a family doctor if the false signage doesn’t tell you enough. Go elsewhere.

To the owner(s): You have negative reviews impacting your score as a business, pushing away patients and misleading people to your clinic. Stop wasting people’s time and put your education to better use.

Good clinic. Dr. Priya Supple gives you her 100% each time. Listening to EVRYTHING you have to say and does not rush you at all. The small downside of this is that the other appointments might get delayed but I will take this delay any day since she is so thorough with her appointments. We forget to appreciate our doctors who are working in this "broken" medical system and still trying their best.

This clinic i have given 2 years and its so bad. The receptionist are all rude and put you on hold for so long. They dont even care to wait for your response. Doctors are not experienced. Dr ahluwalia is a nice doctor but doesn’t have much experience i feel. He doesn’t know a lot lf medical knowledge and always googling. But main reason of me taking my family out is the stupid reception desk. So unfriendly and unprofessional. They should hire a new team who wanta to actually assist patients

Dr. Uddarju is amazing, she listens to your concerns and do appropriate test, she has been my family doctor from last 5 years and I have no complains, each time she takes her time and never rushed.. it takes time to get appointments in this clinic but worth the wait if you are looking for good family physician

I had an appointment and they made me wait for 1 hour , don’t understand the point of having an appointment when you still waiting like in walk in clinic.

This is probably one of the better doctor's offices. The doctors are good and knowledgeable. they actually value your time and start your appointments on time. Complete opposite of the sister facility at the shoppers world. The receptionist answers calls in a timely manner and provides proper info as well. If you need a family doctor, this is a great place to sign up when they are accepting new patients.

Went here for years and had no issues. Sometimes it took a long time to get an appointment but whatever, that's the state of our healthcare system.

However my family doctor suddenly retired last fall and both I and my sister never received any communication from the clinic that our family doctor of over a decade left the practice.

To make matters worse, I called in January to make an appointment (not knowing she retired) and was told my doctor was on medical leave and to call back in a month or two, no mention of her having retired.

I called back in March and successfully made an appointment with my doctor. I called back a few days later just to ask a question for clarification and when they went to look up my appointment it didn't exist and I was finally told she retired last year.

I was absolutely dumbfounded and the person on the phone sounded just as confused as I was and when I asked how I was able to make an appointment or why I never got any notice that she retired she just said "you should've gotten an email that notified you she retired" and that was it. Then they told me they no longer accept walk-ins.

If I didn't call back I would've wasted my time waking up early just to go to the clinic and been told my appointment didn't exist, so thank god I did.

The absolute incompetence and ineptitude required for all of these things to happen, especially in the order that it happened, is staggering.

Go up
