Dr. Mersal is absolutely amazing! I'm from Ontario and receiving care from Dr. Mersal is making me realize how challenging my previous healthcare experiences were! She is an active listener, polite, knowledgeable, compassionate, respectful, and thorough. She listened to all my concerns without rushing me. I feel like I finally have support from a family doctor who is working collaboratively with me to address my concerns so we can optimize my health. In just a couple of appointments, I have felt more heard and empowered than all my medical experiences in Ontario.

The clinic is super lovely, and the admin staff are polite, friendly, and helpful.

I would highly recommend Dr. Mersal! 😊

I cannot say enough positive things about this doctors office. The staff is absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to make sure their patients are cared for. The customer service is incredible, the following up in a timely manner is incredible, the welcoming presence is also so lovely. I have been a patient here since they opened and my family doctor has helped and stood in my families corner since day one of being a patient of hers. I am so thankful and grateful for this clinic and the medical staff that are currently working here. Thank you for providing such a great service in what can be a very hard industry to be apart of. 🙏

Since the first day we met Dr.Pagan as our family doctor, all we can say is that he has the heart of his patients. He is very smart and he cares. He has the wit and well competent professional. We thankful we have him as our family doctor.

First off we recieved 5 star care from our Doctor, Dr Hudani. And we're able to get to the bottom of a few issues we never knew the answer too. So that was a great experience! However lately like others have stated here, they don't always answer the phone and are very difficult to get a hold of. Went in to ask about it and they just told me to call or use the app which is what I had been trying for a long time. Hopefully it's a short term problem because other wise it was a great experience.

Couldn't ask for a better family doctor than Dr. Olga. She never makes you feel like she just wants to move onto the next patient and yet I've rarely waited more than 5 mins past my appointment time. The other doctors she's recruited into her practice are also fantastic, and the clinic even hosts OBGYN's from Canmore on Thursdays to help with prenatal appointments for Cochrane patients!

Fees for services not covered are comparable to other clinics if you're aware of the services you require (there are also signs posted on the wall of the offices). The hours are very compatible even for people who work in Calgary who need weekday evening appointments. Excellent online booking system for easy booking/cancellations as well.

Since our doctor left three months ago, we have been on a waiting list. That is pretty normal however, the previous patients received no priority, they are apparently scheduling “meet and greets” with each prospective patient which seems like a cash grab (quick appointment with no medical issue), I was told they are doing 5 meet and greet meetings a week (when a doctor has no patients?!?) and there are over 300 persons on the list, they won’t tell you where you sit on the list (if it will likely be a week or a year...), now they are not doing any meet and greets because they are in a bind because one of the doctors went on mat leave (how this caught them off guard who knows). No worries, I’ll ask the manager. Nope, he is off on paternity leave...(obviously his right). I would look elsewhere but it will cost $500 to transfer my family’s files. It’s an gong show. Tina the receptionist is very nice and the doctors are good, this is a organization problem. Wish me luck.

Dr. Hudani is nothing short of incredible! Gives us the time of day for absolutely anything, wouldn’t trust anyone else as much as I trust her for my care as well of my family’s. Very fortunate to be her patient

Dr Schoombee is a life saver. I have had a cyst above my eyebrow for months. The booked me in asap after I phoned in and she injected it and it already looks and feels so much better. I couldn’t be happier! She was also amazing during my accutane journey a few years ago. Highly recommend.
