My partner went here after a tough Dr.'s appointment to pickup a sensitive prescription. The pharmacist denied the existence of her insurance and after realizing it does exist, didn't apologize and went further to saying loudly with people in earshot that they don't have (type of medicine) in stock. She was rude and unprofessional.
If you can just drive elsewhere for your prescriptions.

Always a bit of a wait to pick up prescriptions, but the VERY friendly and helpful staff more than make up for any delays. It's a very busy pharmacy but everyone always does their best

I give them 0 stars. I have yet to get a single prescription correctly. There is a mistake every time, either the address, someone else's prescriptions in a bag with mine, counted wrong. The incompetence is astounding. They say they will phone me when my prescriptions are ready and it's been 4 days now. They don't care if you run out before they finally fill the prescription. And nothing is ever their fault. Really folks, how hard is it to count to 30! They are going to kill someone, if they haven't already.

This pharmacy is great. The pharmacist Liam was super helpful and was able to prescribe me meds without dr for minor treatment, and he seems super smart and knows the meds, very nice. Also meds were ready super quick, helpful girls up front. Thanks guys!

I have been dealing here for many years. A professionally run store, with a knowledgable staff. They are an example of respect and caring both for their staff and customers during the current pandemic. As a client, I find myself incredulous at the irresponsible reviews I have read by others here. I happily recommend Markdale Pharmacy to anyone.
