Dr. Bryan Ma is such a great person. I haven’t had customer service like this in many years. I had to pick up my prescription the day after, he remembered my name and greeted me like a friend. Overall great experience and I would recommend everyone to go see him for all prescriptions!!

I can’t even begin to explain how much appreciation I have for Mr.Manpreet ! My daughter jasmine always receives medication from him, and every time he is so knowledgeable and patient, and extremely kind to the customers. He is definitely the best pharmacist in Calgary in my opinion!

I’ve been coming here for years and have noticed a recent decline in service. I usually call in my prescription a couple of days ahead and when I came to pick up the next day, they couldn’t find my prescription. The pharmacy manager told me it was “stuck in the system” and I recognized his voice as the one that I talked to on the phone. It looked like they just threw the label on and now I’m just hoping what I received was actually my prescription cream and not just a regular one you can buy off their shelves

I was disappointed with my visit to Market Mall Pharmacy yesterday. I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment booked for a COVID booster. I arrived at 10:20 a.m. because I respect other people's time. I ended up waiting until 10:50 a.m. to get my shot. When I asked at 10:35 a.m. if the pharmacist was there, I was told yes, but the vaccine had to warm up. I was also told they were busy to which I replied, "that's why I made an appointment." I have gone to that pharmacy over many years and this was a first. There is new ownership as of the end of 2021 and hopefully they are getting their bearings. Perhaps the pharmacist who gave me my shot - and who was standing there filling prescriptions AND overhead my 10:35 p.m. question - could have spoken up.
