The one receptionist, Holly, is INCREDIBLY rude and has a horrible attitude. I’ve been going here for over 4 years now and every time I see her, she acts like I personally insulted her. I’m always friendly and patient, as I understand that the medical field is stretched thin right now, but her scowling at me while I try to make a simple follow up appointment is very frustrating. She acts like I’m forcing her to do her job, and she hates me for it. It’s really odd, I’ve never encountered a receptionist with this poor behaviour before.

Wait times and booking is filled to the brim, but again, I completely understand with how few doctors there are currently.

Dr Schaab is incredible though. She is absolutely crushing it as a new doctor, 5/5 stars for her!

I’ve been with this clinic since the age 5, then randomly one day they say that I cannot make follow up appointments because she is not booking “that far ahead” they know that I need to be seen by my doctor for serious reasons and they straight up hung up on me. Worst doctor clinic ever. Do not recommend. Also the front staff only answers their call on their terms I walked in one day and saw the lady eating a bag of chips and legit asking people to hold so she could finish her bag of chips. This clinic should be looked into. Thanks

I absolutely love this clinic and my doctor is amazing as well as every doctor I have seen.
Today however ; I called I have a nassle infection a bad one. She told me to call back at 5 and book an online appointment. Call back? Can't they just put you on the list? How does that make sense.
Then my foster daughter has a cyst in her ear lope and I said she will need a doctor's appointment. I said okay then can I book one?
She said it has to be with your doctor.
I said okay
She said next appointment I March
I said okay let's book one
Oh. I can't I don't have a schedule.

I have absolutely never had a problem trying to get a hold of a doctor but now it is call back to call back to book a call appointment ( which is fine) but then if the doctor wants to see you ,you can see the on call doctor but if you want to boom an appointment you have to see your own doctor that does have bookings till March but can't book because they don't have a schedule.. it is very confusing

Dr. Matthew Wong is the best doctor I've ever had. He actually listened to me and asked follow up questions. He's the first doctor that's ever made me feel comfortable enough to actually discuss my health with, and he's not in a hurry to rush you out the door.

The office is clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The clinic itself is easy to miss if you haven't been there before, so give yourself a little extra time when going.

Our whole family go to Dr. Wong and he is fantastic! We have had other family physician before by Dr. Wong is the best we've ever had. Sincerely listens and works with us to address our health concerns, provides options, recommendations, and path forward. He is very approachable and easy to speak with, never rushes us.

Trevor is the best. I am a runner and have had IT band and shin splint issues for a long time.I have been to a couple other pysio and Ciropractors and they were unable to help me. Trevor gave me a few exercises and stretches and I have never felt better.

Dr Okunola is absolutely amazing!! I felt very comfortable with him because he is so kind and understanding. You can tell that he truly cares about his patients!

I've been seeing Trevor for my shoulder injury for the last month and wow he knows his stuff. Shoulder is recovering faster then I expected with the therapy and exercises. I highly recommend Trevor and his clinic, I have no worries about Covid as the staff and therapists take it seriously and clean after each patient. Thanks for the exceptional service.
