Our furnace was 15 years old & of course we needed a new one. We are the people who waited until we had no heat to fork out the money & get the most reliable & modern furnace yet. We are so glad our old one is out. Can’t wait to see how much money we save long term & also it’s quite nice to have it shut off normally instead of continuously trying to keep up with the house - peaceful night sleeps are something we never knew felt so good.

I wish the valley & surrounding areas all knew about this wonderful company. They are by far the best for cost. All other furnace company’s quoted us at least $1000 more. Yes price varies but we were so lucky to have them be there at a great cost & have the best technicians who took the time they needed & did not rush out. Don’t need to worry about being ripped off during the hardest times when we’re most vulnerable for heat & safety.

Job very well done. Service, performance, satisfaction, warranties etc ✅✅✅✅✅.
We are so beyond happy & yes the dealbreaker was the price. Good luck finding anyone else better than them.

I can't say enough about the service my 90 year old mother and I received from McCrea's. From our first phone call to Andrea, to Will Clayton our salesperson, to the installers Jesse and Adam, the service was remarkable. Andrea fast tracked our situation during a heat wave and Will did the same. Within 3 days, we had a new system installed, cleaned up and someone to have a look at our crumbling chimney, thanks to a referral from Will. What a wonderful experience. No wonder my mother has been dealing with McCrea's for all these years.

McCrea's Arnprior just finished installing a new HVAC system in my house a few weeks ago. Will came out to give me a quote and worked with me to figure everything out. He was great to work with; honest, friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. When a grant I qualified for imposed a last minute deadline and some extra requirements for the install Will was great and worked through it with me to help ensure I received the grant, working on his own evening to get the paperwork done. Additionally it is worth noting I had the exact same unit quoted by three different HVAC companies and McCrea's had the best price while offering the same qualifications required by Mistibushi for a certified install. Adam and his team showed up for the install, they were professional, clean, and communicated well during the 2.5 day installation required for this unit. Thanks to the McCrea team for all your hard work!

McCrea's have rescued me twice. Once last year when I needed to stabilize my wood stove chimney at a fraction of the cost compared to another provider; this year I had them replace my aging wood stove and chimney. I will not hesitate to use their services again.

Our air conditioner broke down on a Sunday and within 9 days we were able to get a quote for repair, a quote to replace and an installation of the new system. McCrea's was informative, polite and efficient from the people who answered the phone, to the consultant that provided information and pricing, to the expert installers that did the work. We were impressed by the genuine positive attitude demonstrated by each employee, their willingness to answer questions and give us the information we needed to make the right decision.
