No major problems - been coming for years. It's not a walk-in clinic, however. You need to book an appointment here. If you are new to the clinic you must register in person before having privileges to book online. 30-min wait is normal for any doctor's office so if you're impatient you will suffer regardless where you go.

This clinic is a joke!! First I wait an hour and a half in the exam room only to learn the doctor forgot about me. Secondly, I booked an appointment for Saturday morning but needed to cancel. Couldn’t do it online. I had to call the clinic to do so which I am sure you will agree is impossible when it’s 10 am and the phones have still not been turned on. Such a fancy clinic technically but the humans involved leave much to be desired. Will not be going back! 1 star only because I have no choice.

I have been to this clinic twice and have had an amazing experience both times. The online booking means that I can reserve the day before or day of for a rough time. They make it clear that you may not be seen at that time but it beats driving around the city finding somewhere who is taking patients and waiting 3 hours. Everything is very clean and you can self check-in so it doesn't matter if the staff are busy helping others on the phone. Both doctors I have seen were kind, thorough and clearly knowledgeable. I came in for what I thought was very simple but the doctors have done thorough and reasonable investigations and tips for diet, lifestyle changes as well as medications. They also make a very explicit plan for follow up, which is rare for a walk-in clinic. I will keep coming here as long as they take me!

This clinic charges their patients to transfer their health records to another doctor. The reason why I decided to leave my family doctor here is because their booking process is ridiculous. They are always fully booked for at least 2 weeks and some times good luck getting in on the 3rd week at a time that might work with your work schedule, so if you have any kind of emergency don't count on Dr Collins to be available to help. I don't know if this is a normal thing to do in Alberta but I have changed family doctor's once before and i don't recall them charging me. So think twice before you become a patient at this clinic because if for whatever reason you want to leave they will change you for your own information.

All the negative reviews for this place are absolutely justified. I'm a long time patient (since 2018) at this clinic - AVOID, AVOID AVOID at all costs! They are so rude on the phone, very unhelpful with referrals, and won't return test results in a timely fashion. You'd be better elsewhere.

Just had my first walk-in appointment. Found it a bit weird I had to book it to the next day, but everything was fairly smooth and trouble-free. Got to the clinic ahead of time, everyone was very polite at all times. Doctor Rahman was very kind, interested in hearing what were the symptoms and chronic conditions I have, went through with the usual physical exams related to the case, gave me a prescription and off I went.

Honestly, why are they doing that? Not getting it!
The appointment booking is online now.
I was in their clinic today and witnessing a receptionist helping someone on the phone who was trying to book a simple appointment. It took her 15 mins just explaining the steps and frustration of course.
Also, you have to self check in in this clinic which is hard and stressful for most of newcomers who has basic knowledge of English.
Aren’t they aware of the fact that this country is full of new immigrants who are struggling doing their basic things?
Based on the nature of my job, I am dealing with hundreds of new comers and I know that all these is just too much for them.
Adding extra unnecessary stress is not helpful.
I am seriously looking for the rational behind all this.

I've been a patient at this clinic since Dr. Bergh joined them 10 years ago, and stayed after Dr. Bergh moved to Portugal. It used to be a pleasant, friendly experience with efficient staff and friendly receptionists.
I don't know what happened when they switched to Well Health, but the difference in the attitude of the receptionists and nurses is stunning. In particular, the blonde woman with black glasses at the front desk should be retrained on how to work with the general public, as she is not someone I would hire as the first point of contact for my business. Her attitude is strangely adversarial, for no reason other than I dared speak to her to ask a question.
I used to feel as though I was a valuable client, but the last few times I've gone I've felt like an inconvenience for the front desk. Even though it's a terrible time to switch doctors, this clinic's staff is so repellant that I'm looking elsewhere.
Please do better, Well Health.
