Got scammed out of this machine, because some genius decided to changed everything to $5.00, so what was $3.75 before was now $5, and of course need to purchase something in order to get your item and your change back. Notified them as soon as it happened, no money back, no item, nothing. I refuse to use another one of these machines. What a cash grab this company is.

This company is nothing but a liar and a thief. When you call and tell them one of their machines never gave a product or the money back they'll ask for your information for a refund and never send it.... A total untrustworthy business. It's been over a month so try again with your excuses. Its now been 2 months and nothing yet. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS AND HOPEFULLY IT GOES BANKRUPT!!!

They put up janky equipment that steals your money and when you request for new machines or them to be fixed they say they fix them and it's still the same janky equipment that steals your money. These guys are crooks and I'm spreading the word to everyone I know to never use there machines

Several people who have used cash in there machines have reported the machines givih $15 of change in nickels. It's a pain in the butt but the worst part is the machine doesn't accept nickels as payment !!! Not only is this company ran like kids lemonade stands but they pawn off the small change to their customers cause they're too lazy to take t to the bank for paper money. Ive never seen a business have a 1.8 rating and still stay in business. Embarrassing

There’s a shut down going on a suncor fort hills right now and the machines are either empty after one day or broken. You’d think this company would want to take in their profits from a shut down of this size and restock the machines more than once a week. Every 2 days would be more like it.

The machines around the Fort Hills site are a joke. I have seen too many people get ripped off putting their money in and the product doesn't get dispensed. The 1 machine up at the Upper Bench Lunchroom has been a problem for months, and have been brought up to the workers who come fill it and nothing gets done. Signs get put up about machines being out of order, but get removed ones the machine has been refilled, yet nothing has been done to fix the dispensing problem.

You have workers coming up to refill the machines that notice beverages are stuck but don't do anything about it.

Then you go around site to other machines and some say "Out of Service" you would think a company that would be making a killing off oil and gas workers needing their caffeine would put more attention into keeping their machines in working order.

Too many workers have lost money around site.

I brought chocolate from there vending machine in amazon 37136. When I opened the chocolate package, noticed change of texture and colour of chocolate. So then I checked the expiry date on chocolate was 6/2023, products are already expired from last 3 months and still available on shelves. This is health and safety issue which should be reported.

Your machines are garbage and since you have no competitors on sites ,you don't even maintain these piece of sheet machines...Most don't even take cash anymore, so you you end up paying 5 dollars for a choclate bar or snack size chips...I wish you guys got told to get off all the sites, so we can get a company that actually cares about maintaining the machines and not ripping people off!

This was their rubber band fix that always leads to bottles falling down. Multiple requests to have machines replaced.
I am giving them 3 stars for showing up and repairing the machine.
Back to one star, machine they fixed yesterday is jammed up again.
