I dealt with 3 very friendly staff members, all of which were AWESOME!! ?
They confirmed the product I needed to rent was available & put it aside in advance, explained to me how to use it & even loaded it in & out of my vehicle.

The service was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!
Not expecting any sort of refund when I returned the product early, no questions asked they gave me one.
* Very Compassionate & Caring people there.

I would HIGHLY recommend them if you are in need of anything, require assistance, education or any help.

Helping a friend move into Assisted Living would have been overwhelming were it not for the amazing people at Med Supplies! Not only are their prices lower than other suppliers that I checked out, their service is second to none.
Friendly, personable and extremely efficient, they ensured my friend’s care needs were taken care of within the 48-hour time frame we had allotted to us for the move.
Each person I’ve interacted with have gone above and beyond in customer service!
I will be needing to exchange a product - due to my friend’s preference, not a deficiency in the product - and have been assured that they will take of the exchange so I don’t need to drive back and forth.
I should point out my friend moved into a home in a smaller community outside of Edmonton and Med Supplies has accommodated us without adding superfluous travel charges - something that is also greatly appreciated!
I will continue to use Med Supplies and highly recommend them!

Do not order from this place. These guys are not honest. They took my payment but after two months I still didn't get my order of masks. After they conceded that they couldn't get it back in stock they agreed that they'll refund my order. They didn't. After two more weeks they finally canceled my order but still no refund.

For the next seven weeks I kept asking for my refund but they kept saying they refunded it. My credit card company confirmed that they only have the transaction of my payment, no refund transaction. Over four months from placing my order to now, I finally got my money back. Don't deal with these guys unless you're willing to relentlessly pursue your money, I almost gave up.

I used Med Supplies to rent a wheelchair this weekend and found them to be extremely helpful. They were able to rent one for an excellent price on a short notice and were able to give good advice as to what type would be best for my situation.

I also bought some additional equipment from them, and from my brief use of these, and the wheelchair, they seem to carry high quality equipment at a solid price.

I would recommend going here for both temporary equipment rental, and to buy home medical equipment.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I called about 2 weeks ago frantically trying to rent a wheelchair for my husband who had emergency spinal surgery on the Easter Long weekend. I called Med Supplies on Easter Sunday 30 minutes to close. This wonderful soul stayed open for me. I got lost so I arrived 25 minutes past closing time. He called to check up on me and made sure I was safe and told me to take my time driving there. Upon arrival he was so lovely to chat with and we had a great conversation. He made me feel welcome and completely at ease for being so late. The wheelchair is excellent and very clean and very well priced! He was kind enough to load it in my SUV. There isn’t many businesses still run with this amount of customer care and I would highly recommend them for any of your medical equipment needs. PS.. the offer for your family to come ice fishing still stands. Much love and health to you guys and your families.

This store deserve 10 stars! Mho provides outstanding customer service and excellent patient care! I never met a guy who is so patient, generous, flexible, sympathetic and kind to people they just met on the phone. His only concern is the comfort of their patient, providing services over and above the highest standard. Shout out to Mho!! Please keep up your excellent care to people, thank you for your understanding that we come to you because we are in pain, thank you for your help improving our mobility issues after an accident, thank you for your promptness and thank you for your service.
