scheduled appointments are always on time . never waited even 5 minutes. that’s amazing having such Doctors now a days is blessing.

*The below review is of a Dr. currently working at your clinic. She was my family Dr. for a short time in BC. While I have never seen this Dr. at your clinic, I feel it is my duty to share my experience with her, to help others avoid experiences like mine. I gave your clinic a good rating so as not to affect your practices standing on google*

Horrible bedside manner, unprofessional charting. I was a patient of this Dr in BC, I knew she didn’t like me, your gut knows. Yet she was always nice to my husband, and he didn’t believe me when I said she didn’t like me.

In 2021 I was SA’d at my job by the security paid to protect me. I went to see her 2 days later when she opened, and she seemed as if she really didn’t care. This time my husband saw the difference in care she provided to him vs me. I was absolutely destroyed when I went to see her, and I was met with a cold response. The visit lasted a proper amount of time, but most of it I was crying, and my husband had to speak for me. However when it came to describing my assault, I gave every detail without missing anything. I had to ask and justify the need for a medication that would help me during that time. She then advised therapy (with no referral), and then recommended that I meditate and try yoga.

Today I received my medical records from my lawyer involved in the case, and hubby and I were going over them. When I get to Dr Arora’s clinical notes I’m trying not to get triggered by the whole thing. Turns out it was Dr Arora who triggered me instead.

Her clinical notes from the day of my disclosure to her reads as follows “ Was licked left side of left side face licked face”. There was MUCH more to my assault, and she was told, but she didn’t care enough to notate it in her clinical notes from that visit.

In fact, her clinical notes on this are nonsensical, and extremely incomplete. Dr Arora does not appear to care about her patients who were SA’d, or maybe it was just me she didn’t like.

But she still had a duty of care, and took an oath to care for patients regardless of personal feelings. She failed spectacularly here. I highly recommend that if you need a Dr with compassion, you look elsewhere. Especially if you’re a victim of any kind.

The waiting time is extremely frustrating. Even with a prior appointment, I had to wait for over an hour before seeing the doctor. It makes scheduling an appointment feel pointless.

To make matters worse, the reception staff seemed completely unbothered and indifferent to patients’ concerns. There was no proper communication about the delay, and they showed little interest in assisting or updating those waiting.
