Unfortunately, I was given misinformation by the front desk multiple times and was only helped on my third phone call to the clinic. The worst part, however, was that I went in for a minor injury concern, and the doctor thought it was appropriate to ask me my age and marital status and proceeded to tell me that I need to have children because my clock is ticking and ranted at me about this for the first 3-5 minutes. I never once asked his opinion or advice on conceiving. I was made to feel uncomfortable and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I needed a walk in clinic to go to, and came to medical express at 9 am (note - in the office it says they open at 8:30). They booked me in for a walk in appt at 1pm that afternoon, which I had no problem coming back for. The doctor I saw was really nice and she helped me fix the ear issue I was having! There was some people looking for a walk in while I was waiting for my appt and they were turned away. My advice would be to show up right when then open. I saw a different review that said walk ins were only on Thursdays, but this happened on a Friday for me.

Front desk is very rude and aggressive.

My wife called and let them know she is going to be 5-10 min late. When she got there, the front desk was rude and dropped the phone on her. She could not see the doctor that day and she got scolded for being late by front desk guy too. She drove 45 min to be there. It is natural patient to be 5-10 min late sometimes. Things got escalated and when I got there my wife was crying.

The front desk do not share their names. It is like a gang.

I submitted a complaint online but they never got back to me.

No professionality and customer care. Disappointing.

The person who suppose to follow up with the complaint is called "Owner". This is people lives you are dealing with. People need customer care not owners!!!

Doctor refused to grant services over a simple request for a sick note so that I could return to work. I wasn’t given a reason as to why - thought this was a walk-in clinic…

It is very difficult to see a doctor here. Tried calling to check they are taking walk in, and checked their website. No one picked up the phone. Came in anyways, there was three staff at the front desk. No patients in the waiting area. So I don’t know why no one picked up the phone. They told me walk in is only on Thursday’s. I asked if this is on the website they said no. This is the second time I’ve come to this clinic and only to be turned away. What is the point of having a clinic downtown when they are never taking patients. Please make it easier for us sick patients to get care downtown.
