Been with them now for the last 6 weeks and compared to one of the big box pharmacies, there is no comparison. We had been dealing with the same one for over 10 years here in Chatham and the service just kept going down with mistakes that could have cause major health issues. With this group they know me and my wife, did med reviews within the 1st 2 weeks. Do follow up calls about medication. Automatically will contact the Dr. for refills or concerns.
Great service and great staff that want to know you.
We've been with them now for 10 months and the service has stayed the same, if not better, as they have gotten to know us.
We feel safe in having them as part of our medical team, and trust them completely!

I've been a customer for well more than 10 years. The competition is open every day, mostly 12 hours, and that would be enough for most people to choose them, but I stick with Medical Place because of their staff. All are great, but Monica in particular always takes the time to explain everything, and they go to any length to keep their clients happy. Last weekend I was late requesting a refill for a medication that I need and I had forgotten that it was a four-day holiday weekend, so the store was closed. My doctor called Monica, and she called me about 10 minutes later and said she'd meet me at the store and open up to refill my prescription! Just one example...

I always have the best service and experience with this pharmacy. They really build a report with you and take the time to explain your medications and instructions. As well, I've had staff go the extra mile to help me troubleshoot issues I'm having. Monica has always made me feel better and fully informed when I walk out. Also, they fill my prescriptions immediately and send prescription renewals no problem. They also inform me of my coverage. My favourite pharmacy hands down.

For the last six months I have religiously picked up my weekly blister pack on friday afternoon. I wake up Saturday morning and realize.
A) im out of medication
B) its the weekend
C) im screwed
So I start to plan my day. Well lets see, the only walkin clinic is in Windsor and they might not even help me.
Im desperate now. I know they are closed on the weekend and i knew that from the start. The thing is you feel part of when yoh go their......they care....thats why I started going.......anyways movibg on.....
On a whim I call the pharmacy only to hear a pre-recorded message......but at the end of the message there is a phone number for forgetful people like me can call!
I call and its nothing but professionalism and accomodation. The owner calls the awesome pharmacist who could be the owner (I say this because she is so smart). The pharmacist than calls me. Than meets me at the pharmacy and bingo bango my problem is solved.

TLDR
I forgot to pick up my meds, I panic, staff and owner go out of their way to help me on one if their only days off!

They have me as a customer for life!

This pharmacy is always courteous and professional when delivering services of all kinds. My medications are always ready on time and are carefully reviewed with me on pickup. It is evident that this is a good team who enjoy coming into work each day. Keep up the good work guys!!!

For a small pharmacy I find that the girls there are just amazing. Very well organized, personal with their customers and very knowledgable on different products that I was interested in hearing about. Would highly recommend them. And again, the girls are amazing.
