I found this program through my friend. The Medical Office Assistant College provided me with a comprehensive and well-structured program. Great college, their online program is perfect for someone who wants to add to their education. Initially I was quite hesitant about the program, sounded too good to be true. But with their amazing instructors and the structure of the program, I was able to complete the MOA & Unit Clerk program. Not to mention, I am also a mother of 2 young children & work full-time.

I started this course in July 2023 and even before I completed it I am working as an MOA!!! The staff is excellent and very supportive although it is online they monitor continuously. First aid and CPR course was also offered and their curriculum is just enough to start your career. Thank you Betty, Jeana and Medical Reception College!!

medical reception college online classes are very helpful for me. They will guide start to finish and they will give material you need it. they provide all lessons on time. Betty is a wonderful teacher, when you need they are always help you out. the practical placement all are great. I done my course in just three months and this course is so affordable

The Medical Office Assistant Program (MOA ) fully prepare me to work in just three months. I got a comprehensive training in medical office Accuro software and procedure, plus real work experience with volunteer work. I really enjoyed the online course. There is more flexibility around what my day is... I thought it was well planned and layed out, easy for me to follow. PowerPoints', assignments, and exams were just enough. so I could finish everything with enough time, learn about everything and not feel overloaded and rushed. The instructors/admin was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. They are very dedicated and approachable, counsel us and available to help us through challenge. They ensure that schedules run smoothly and provide comprehensive admin support for students and encompass a wide range of weekly task. Practicum schedule was prepared early, giving me ample time to immerse myself for my practicum placement. I will recommend Medical Reception College to all my friends for the quality of the teaching combined with the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. They did an excellent job.

Taking the Medical Office Assistant/Unit Clerk program at Medical Reception College was like a "lift of faith" for me at first, but it turned out I was not wrong in choosing the school. The instructors Diane and Sandy, as well as Jina are dedicated teachers. Even I'm done with the program, I still consider them my mentor. I got a unit clerk job even before our class graduation. I was unable to attend my graduation because I was already on a job training (I missed graduation pictures, poor me!) I believe these teachers have genuine concern to their students. They share their life experiences that can relate to students earning skills when pursuing a unit clerk job. Instructors at this school are well knowledgeable. I strongly recommend!

Learning about Medical Reception College has been a blessing in disguise for me, being a newcomer to Calgary, I was encouraged to further my education at this institute by an MOA who had previously attended the college, and is currently the manager of a clinic where I volunteer. The college came highly recommended and I was not disappointed.
They have up to date equipment's, fantastic location with easy access to the train station, excellent and dedicated instructors who are willing to help and make you excel at all cost. If you attended this college, you are destined to succeed. The degree obtained at this college has already secured me a job even before my course is done.

I had a great experience in the medical reception college. I believe that the duration of the classes were very well planned and the material that was provided was very helpful to study from and everything was explained very clearly. Through an online course I can manage my time and I was given enough time to complete the assignments. Ms. Jina is very helpful and approachable. The practicum is arranged ahead of time. I enjoyed and learned a lot during CPR/ First Aid training.
