I was called in because I haven't had a check up for a while with, Dr. Tamer El Mays. While I was home later that day I thought it was odd he didn't recommend any paperwork for my vitals on the inside to see how I am doing and when I called back the receptionist said she would ask and return my call. When she did he said it wasn't needed at this time. Well, isn't that the point of a check up to see how I am doing inside and out or was it just for me to walk through your door to get a quick buck through our health care system and milk it again just to return for the tests!? Also, not very considerate for me to come back down and waste time and gas when it could have all been down in one trip. Very unprofessional.

Feeling very disappointed with our medical system after my last visit….
Went in for a physical after a couple years of not seeing my family doctor (no reason that would have brought me in) and it felt like I was completely brushed over.
Go through family history of prostate cancer and my risk yet no prostate exam or mention of it.
As well went in for mental health help and referral but get pushed to access health after a 3 min conversation, which is abysmal and has an almost a year wait time for help!!
Felt like I was rushed through my health and not given the best treatment but fast turn around.

Grat clinic and very helpful. The waiting is very reasonable and the staff are really amazing. Dr. Hussain is a very nice and knowledgeable person. He is always willing to take care of his patients in all sense, God bless him. The clinic is very clean and quiet, I like the fact they have multiple services at one place is very convenient.

There was no one in the clinic and it took half an hour to be called back. I had asked for a dr note for my son and they gave me a blank form so had to re do it. And they got my name wrong on my prescription. Went ever go back. There was no sense of urgency or friendliness from the staff.

Lovely clinic. I was seen immediately as a walk in, Dr. Obaseki did a very thorough assessment and provided me with prescriptions I needed. Wonderful staff.

I called and booked an appt and when I showed up there was no record of it. English competency is really low with the reception and I basically had to yell my personal details where everyone in the waiting area can hear me because they kept asking to repeat myself. Really stupid setup here. Just get people to fill out a form

I came here for a simple medical checkup, but the doctor here didn't know anything about me and made the process difficult and wasted time for everyone, Their way of doing things is really the worst. I had to waste a lot of time because of them.
