I've had great service and important information provided when I received my prescription. Staff are friendly and helpful. They told me about possible side effects, the best time to take it, and asked if I had any questions. If they're unsure of something, they do everything they can to find you the answer.

How is it okay to wait an hour to get a prescription filled for antibiotics when a person is suffering with a fever and pain. Money seems to be the most important thing before customer service. And please don’t say it will only be a half an hour when it will be an hour.

Everytime I go this clinic I always get the same rude dr, unfortunately I would not recommend going there when dr dabeer is working.He doesn’t seem to care for his patients and is very rude and unprofessional. I would recommend calling and seeing which doctors are working so you don’t have to encounter the same issues I did with him. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with him. I know I am not the only one. Other than that the pharmacy staff are nice and the other drs are nice but just please be careful when going there because he simply does not care about you. I will not be recommending this clinic to anyone and I will not be going back here again.

Customer service is not job #1. Making sure they micro manage is. To quote a nameless pharmacist I do not make the rules, I just follow them. The doctor who wrote the prescription did that first. Why second guess that? I explained it to the doctor already. Stop judging or second guessing.

My 82 year old father lost his hearing aid while putting on his mask before going into the Doctor's office today. He didn't realize it until we got home. I called the pharmacy to get the number of the Doctor's office. Natalie answered the phone and went above and beyond providing excellent service by offering to look for it. She found it in the parking lot! We are so grateful to her. The replacement woul have cost over a thousand dollars. We appreciate her wonderful service and helpfulness. She is our heroine!!😇👍

Horrible place. Don't take your kids to this awful doctor office. It's been years since I've been there and it's still just as bad!
