My family and I have seen Dr. Tretiakov for walk-in multiple times over the years. The doctor is very experienced, knowledgeable and skilled. The wait time at this clinic can be long but is worth the wait. If I come early in the morning just when they open I waited only 30-40 minutes to see the doctor. Longest I waited was 1.5 hours. Parking is always available.

Zero review. Their attitude with walk-in patients 100% stupid accept one lady receptionist all others are just for sit their for money. The senior nurse was very rude. The Dr ibrahim was also stupid assessment. Hardly he give me 3 minutes and run away from the room. Give me a prescription for the X-ray, and he didn't mention for what part of the body. 3 hrs i did wait at X-ray place. They are super done in the country.

Biggest waste of time. Waited for an hour for a prescription refill, for a medication I have been on for 8 years, get called back to a room and she asks what I’m there for - then she tells me to go back to the waiting room. I ask how much longer and she says “if you’re in a rush we can’t help you”, I said “I’ve been waiting an hour, I just want to know why I’m being sent back and an estimated time” - she said it’s a complicated prescription… one pill, same dose I’ve been on for 8 years. I didn’t even end up seeing a doctor. Tried going here because it was closer to work - ended up being treated rudely by the nurse and didn’t even get to see a doctor - and I was late for work 👎🏼 go to the walk-in in Signal Hill, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences there.

Dr MICHAEL TRETIAKOV is very professional .he diagnosed and referred me by not only listening ,buy also observation and inspection(my wrist ,thumb).Before that I thought Rocket doctor (on line health service) was the end of my quest for Doctors in Canada. Now I am re -evaluating my seek process.

It can be very unnerving going to a new doctor after 20+ years, but Dr. Elesin put me at ease right away and I walked out of the clinic feeling so fortunate to have found her. Very kind, understanding, and thorough. Her nurse was lovely too!

Dr. Tretiakov is one of the best doctors in town. Professional and highly knowledgeable, he can assess your health condition in a quick efficient manner. He's straight forward, but also is genuinely kind and respectful.

Worst clinic. If you’re a walk-in, on a weekday, and it’s NOT busy, wait time is over 2 hours. Receptionists lack proper communication, can barely understand English.

The Country Hills Medicentre was absolutely amazing. I loved the way Dr. T. worked with his nurse to give me the best possible care. I came with a deep ugly gash on my leg that should have had stitches but I left too long. Over 12 visits he was able get rid of the infection and heal the wound, so I have only a small scar. Great team!
