This is my first time ever coming to this pharmacy and the lady I dealt with was extremely rude and condescending. I went in to pick up a compound prescription for my daughter. This prescription has been transferred from our regular pharmacy because we needed it to be compounded, which the medicine shoppe does. The lady brought the prescription up and I said I have my plan coverage here to add and she said we don't take that on compounds. I said oh ok I didn't know this is my first time here. She said well the person who dropped it off would have been told (in a very rude tone). So I said well nobody dropped it off, it was transferred from another pharmacy. Not even a, "oh sorry my mistake" from her. Very disappointed in the service. Your staff could be a little nicer. It doesn't take a lot to be kind, but it takes effort to be rude.

I switched from another local pharmacy two years ago and am so glad that I did. I love the service they provide and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Brigit herself goes out of the way to make sure that all of your needs are met. Extra care when you need it and always with a smile, even behind those COVID masks. Thank you.

I have had all my prescriptions and drug advice from this location of the Medicine Shoppe since it opened and I have never had a complaint. As a matter of fact, the staff have gone above and beyond to help me in wonderful ways. Birgit and her staff treat me like a friend and nothing is too much trouble. I love the staff and sincerely appreciate everything they do.

Edited to respond: I have a voice mail message here from one of your staff I can gladly publish persisting the doctor never sent the prescription, even though the issue was it was it was sent (according to the doctors fax records) but never recieved. I wasn't angry or upset with the situation, just the persistence that this was my doctor's fault for not sending it after stating I had physically watch him send it.

-Talking condescendingly about the doctors who are a major part of your medical care team is not a great look. Calling your customers liars ("I watched him press the send button" "Well the doctor never sent it) isn't a good look either, especially over what turned out to be a technical issue and was no fault of any party involved.

The kindness and compassion of the pharmacists at the Sackville location are beyond compare. I arrived yesterday an emotional mess having just witnessed my terminally Iill brother in extreme pain without pain killers. I hurried to the pharmacy. The ladies there showed extreme empathy and seemed to drop everything to help me. After I received the meds,I realized I had forgotten to bring my wallet-I was crushed. Much to my relief, these wonderful ladies told me get the medicine to my brother and I could pay the next time I was in. I was astounded! I can’t thank these wonderful ladies enough. It was clear the knew my brother and genuinely cared about his comfort. That just doesn’t happen at any other pharmacy. I’m just sad I live too far away to get my prescriptions here. Thank-you, you beautiful ladies, for showing me that real human kindness and care is part of your buisness. You are truly THE BEST xo

I actually give them 6 stars. Super friendly folks and custom service. I had a compounding prescription that another pharmacy wanted to charge me $90 to fill. Medicine Shoppe made it for me and their cost was $27. This place is awesome. I'm telling everyone about it.
