The attendents were extremely patient and kind. My husband was the patient and he appreciated & praised their services.
The one thing i was not happy about was clear infornation about the charges....which was then resolved. I was made to understand that the total would be 215 one way, but then I learnt it was 215 plus tax...which may have been a misunderstanding.

It is rare to encounter service this excellent. We used MedicVan to transfer a frail and elderly patient from Montreal to Toronto. The crew were fantastic and caring; their driving impeccable. The van was very comfortable and even spacious. Everyone arrived safe and happy. When I first reached out to MedicVan, my emails were caught in their spam filters and I got no response. I am so glad I persevered until I was able to make contact. Everyone I dealt with at MedicVan went far beyond the call of duty. Thanks to Sunny, Ken and Jay. We were so apprehensive about this trip but the MedicVan team turned it into a delightful experience.

Staff are knowledgable and extremely helpful and understanding. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Richard, and his customer service skills are nothing short of exceptional. I have had to make several phone calls to make changes as well as to get more information, and Richard has been absolutely wonderful in answering my questions and making changes to my booking.

Mom was safely brought home from Humber river hospital by this company today. I must say that I was very satisfied with the service they provided. Special thanks to paramedics Jonathan, Oliver and Kenny for their patience and professionalism they displayed as there was a little bit of a delay with mom being discharged from hospital. I rode in the vehicle with mom and I had the opportunity to see how these co-workers got along so well with each other and it was evident that they truly love their job. Thanks guys!

We had to transfer a loved one to palliative care at the hospital, requiring the use of MedicVan. We were worried that something could go wrong, especially because no-one was going to ride along in the ambulance, as we were following along in our cars. But the attendants, Calvin and Arthur were very professional, making sure our loved one was very comfortable and supported the whole way. In the end, we were very satisfied with the experience and would recommend it.

I had to book a non-emergency transport for my dad under incredibly stressful circumstances and decided to use MedicVan based on the current ratings. I'm incredibly happy with the service they provided! The two staff who arrived were professional and kind, and put my mom and I at ease that they would transfer my father safely to their stretcher (it couldn't fit into the room where my dad was resting). My mom was able to ride with them, and they even offered to take any belongings we were taking to our destination. The entire experience was smooth and without any issue. Would recommend to anyone.

I used this service today to transfer my 95 yr old Aunt to an appt at the hospital.
The service was excellent. Oliver and Calvin were our attendants,they arrived on time and provided kind professional care.
