The most pleasant and accommodating individuals I’ve ever dealt with! They truly appreciate a good customer. I Truly Appreciate them!
I purchased my very first inflatable water craft from them. It was such a great experience And Great Product! I returned to purchase an echo Gen from them , another great experience. I’ve purchased riding gear from them ( top quality stuff)( greatful for the little man they sure try hard to be! 🙂 I am also in the process of purchasing my first Yamaha outboard

Have been going there over the last 3 summers with dreams of owning a motorcycle, even as a 16 year old kid wondering about bikes Mitch was very helpful and didn’t brush me away. Now I have bought a 2019 MT09 and the process was so much easier than I imagined it would be thanks to the fantastic staff! Hats off to all of you!

Had my machine in for a stator replacement. Motor had to come out . Parts arrived on time and was a positive experience. Mitch the service manager was great to deal with and worked with me as a customer to come up with the best solution for parts, labour and accessories.

Had my snowmobile in their shop for 2 weeks i told them it was important i get it back asap as thats my mode of transportation out of my home when snow comes....after 2 weeks i called and was told their lead mechanic quit 'TODAY' so i said okay ? Apparently in 2 weeks all they did with my machine was take off side cover...that takes me 5 seconds to do that...
Horrible service. Woman at desk very rude and short and condescending. Mechanics quit every other week it seems i wonder why? Please mechanics share you experiences with us here !!!

im very disappointed with the service that they provide...I had parts ordered and a 5 days later I called back to order more parts and they never even put the first order in....so then I decided to get the freighted in because I had a trip planned and needed the parts ASAP which should have been there on a Friday(currently a Wednesday, 2 days) so I paid a extra 30$ to have them sooner... the parts didn't show up until the following Wednesday....I called and said I was upset and wanted a refund on the shipping after they guaranteed it by Friday or Tuesday by the latest (Monday was a holiday). nope they would not give me a refund...I explained I could of had it from Atlantic Rec over night or two days at the latest...anyways I will not be buying parts here or anything anymore and this isn't the first time I've heard them doing things like this...GONG SHOW stay clear!

While driving cross the island on the trail way we experienced a mechanical breakdown. The team were excellent to deal with. They got us in and back on the trail fast as they could to continue our journey. You will not find better.

I bought my son a 2019 Yamaha dirt bike. He's been having alot of trouble with it. I got a 2020 700 Yamaha Grizzly and the bad luck as continued because ive been having nothing but trouble with it.
