Had a pleasant experience at SouthPoint MIC. The facility was clean and the staff were professional. I did not have to wait long I was in and out in no time! It has a good location with lots of free parking available. Very satisfied!

My first Alberta mammogram. I'm so utterly impressed with the kindness and professionalism the staff had. One thing that I would suggest is if the front ladies want to socialize, maybe use their inside voices. I didn't want to hear it while waiting, and my husband didn't appreciate it while he waited for me. Otherwise I can hardly wait for next year! 😁

Visiting the south pointe location was a great experience. I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in. Both individuals that did my exams were excellent! Very kind and calm which made the experience quick and stress free. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing in a clear and concise way. I would definitely pick this location again as I felt like an actual person rather than another requisition form to get through. Thank you to the staff for provide outstanding service.

The Fort Sask. location is always very friendly making you feel like you matter and they care. Their technical team is very knowledgeable and if they don't know the answers to your questions they find those who do and always get back to you the same day with their findings. Very pleased with this business. The business is clean, modern, clean. But we all know it is the staff that make a business such as this a success. Great front desk staff. Natasha did my mammogram for me. It was the first one I’d had and she was really efficient and made me feel 100% comfortable. I didn’t find the procedure to be uncomfortable. Get your breasts checked ladies! 😊☀️😉

The staff at South Pointe were fantastic. The technician who did my tests was exceptional. They explained the tests before we began and the steps involved, asked for consent before touching or moving on to the next step, checked in on how I was doing during the tests, and had a very reassuring and calm demeanor.
