AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS!

I've had the misfortune of being a patient here for six years, and my experience has been appalling. Despite being assigned to Dr. Welling, I've NEVER seen him - only the nurse.

The clinic's communication is non-existent. Phone calls are consistently ignored, and booking an appointment is a nightmare. Be prepared for a MONTHS wait or be pushed into walk-in days.

But what's even more disturbing is the reception staff's abysmal behavior. They're unfriendly, unprofessional, and dismissive. They don't listen, and they clearly don't care.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this clinic. The incompetence and disregard for patient care are staggering. Don't waste your time or risk your health – take your business elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with the care (or lack thereof) at this facility. They don’t treat patients—they treat symptoms, and even then, their approach feels outdated and impersonal. Instead of taking the time to understand the root cause of health issues, they seem more focused on checking boxes, selling medications, and moving people along as quickly as possible.

To make matters worse, they lack transparency when it comes to their doctors. Patients are left in the dark about why doctors are unavailable, and instead, we’re handed off to nurse practitioners of unknown experience and qualifications. There is no clear communication about who is actually providing care, which raises serious concerns about the quality of treatment being offered.

It’s unacceptable for a medical facility to operate this way. Patients deserve honesty, competent care, and a commitment to staying up to date with medical research. Unfortunately, this place falls short on all fronts. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for thorough, patient-centered healthcare.

I wish there was a 0 Star Option. Stay away from this clinic entirely. I would also go and say stay away from the doctor/s running this clinic too. They say they have family doctors and get patients under their wing but they pretty much run like a Walk-In clinic. Not a family doctor.

We recently started going to this clinic (like an year ago) as they said it was a family doctor available. They did take us in too. However, we only got to see the doctor once. They all have nurse practitioners vs. real doctor/s. Which is fine but since they (nurse practitioners) are pretty much working on a given script per the doctor of this clinic they fail to see / sense the urgency. Its a strictly like a "DELI" shop as someone has rightfully said in one of their google reviews.

We visited a total of 2 times in the year we have been with them. First was a meet & greet (this is the only time we saw a doctor but since it was a meet & greet nothing was treated). Second for a visit when we got our first check up, blood work requisition & treatment ointment for my eczema. This was with a nurse practitioner. We never got to go back again as they would constantly cancel our in-person appointments that were needed to evaluate my eczema so many times. To a point, that I was so frustrated and my eczema grew from a "drop size" to a full fledge circular fungus looking piece of meat.

They also don't call when they cancel. Instead they just text you on your mobile with a message for cancellation and a date they predetermine and reschedule for you to without asking you what day/time works for you. These constant cancellations of appointments scheduled a month in advance made me feel like "I was living to see the doctor" vs. "visiting the doctor to live healthy". This also makes me wonder, are taxpayers working for the doctors or is it really supposed to be the other way around. Such level of arrogance all the people at this clinic have. No professionalism what so ever.

I will be moving to a better facility where I can see an ACTUAL doctor who cares for their patients vs. just use their facility as means tool to swipe their health cards with virtual appointments vs. in-person visits.

The receptionist/ front desk worker is just awful. They do not care about your concerns. I have been trying to get assistance with something for months and she just doesnt care about her job, or the people shes meant to help. She will constantly speak over you on the phone because she doesnt care to listen. Horrible person. It has been like this for a long time. Ani is great. I haven't seen Dr Welling in years even tho hes listed as my primary care doctor - where is he I have been a patient of these people for probably more than 10 years. It was never great, but it has definitely gotten worse. Unfortunately there's just no where else to look because the Healthcare System is so overwhelmed so I'm stuck with these people who dont care about anyones health.

They have very rude receptionists who don't listen to any requests, if you need an appointment you will have to wait months, even their over the phone appointments have wait lists. They suggest you come on the weekends for their walk in clinic and if you don't stand in like 1 or 2 hrs before they open, you have no chance of seeing anyone. Dr.Welling was in the office months or even years ago, you won't see him ever. The only hope you can have is to meet with the nurse practitioners who are so over loaded that they cannot keep up.

I would suggest just going to walk in clinic instead of this office. No empathy and no care.

Was a patient here for years and it used to be okay. I don’t think I’ve seen doctor welling in over 2 years, just the nurse Practioner that are there. They have overloaded on patients as well as do nothing but push for you to come in on the weekends for their walk in times which takes 3-4 hours of a wait time.
My mom, had an appointment cancelled and rescheduled for a month ahead 3 times. 3 months she tried to complain about her back pain, and other symptoms until she finally had a stroke and it turned out she had stage 4 cancer. Palliative case immediately. She had a blood clot in her leg that they barely did anything about. One would think that a doctor would try to rule out reasons for a blood clot by checking to see why she might have one but they just put her on the lowest dose of blood thinner until the stroke happened and we got the worst news possible.
3 cancelled appointments, 3
Months… who knows if it could’ve made a difference, she might have been able to have more time maybe or possibly chemo to extend her life a little but because of the sheer negligence of this office, we didn’t get granted that time. Even her third appointment the nurse Practioner “forgot” she had to go to work that day so all appointments were over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.
Yall need to close up shop or Welling needs to get better employees.

This 1 star is for the Nurse Practitioner Ani, a lot of mis information and horrible. She said you cannot trasfer your new born to a pediatrician closer to home (10min vs 1hr10min away) When I spoke to the pediatrician for my older daughter they said thats not true, we have the right to bring our care anywhere and pediatricians can take on kids as a family doctor. 5 stars for DR. Welling.

Ani kept correcting us stating she is not a nurse but a nurse practitioner. Yes you are, but you are not a doctor, so CALM DOWN. No patience, rude, so much ego, not even Dr. Welling is like that.

Where do I start. For starters the ladies that work in the front give mixed information to the patients who come in and even over text message. The Dr. is very unprofessional with how he tends to the patients and giving out information.
I have been told about policies that are in place for some and not for others and then told that that isn't true or correct. The rooms are overcrowded and the appointment times are all at the same time. The walk-in is just a complete mess. We wait for so long in the waiting room to only have people who come in AFTER us seen first as walk in patients.
I have been with this doctor for almost 3 years and have never been more disappointed in my life with the way this office and Dr. runs things.
The practice seems to function in an illegal format, in my opinion.
They will not provide a pharmacist without the patient physically giving them a $25 fee first. Whether the patient is disabled or senior.
I will never go back to this clinic, or recommend it to anyone.
