James from Mobility 1st has been coming to my mom’s LTC home for years to look after the repairs of residents’ mobility equipment. James is absolutely amazing ! He is always smiling, happy and extremely helpful. James has helped me to look after repairs of my mom’s wheelchair many times. He is very knowledgeable and can deal with repair issues very efficiently. He is very professional and reliable. James is an amazing employee of Mobility 1st and truly makes the company shine.

At first, this might sound more like a complaint than a rave review but hear me out. I bought a second-hand Fortress scooter privately and within a few weeks, it started making clunking sounds. The service department at Mobility 1st quoted what I felt was a reasonable fee for replacing an axle and routine servicing. When the problem returned a couple of days later, they didn't hesitate to take it back for follow-up. They were kind enough to provide a new loaner, which I ended up keeping for *eight months* while they tried everything imaginable to fix the problem with my scooter, at no small cost to their business. Whereas most shops would have given up and just written me off as a customer, Mike and his team persevered until they found and corrected the problem (ironically, the problem was due to missing clips but in the end, the initial cost was well worth the new parts). They were great to work with throughout months of head scratching and frustration—more so on their end than mine—and I would not hesitate to return to them for regular servicing. Overall, a great customer experience. Five stars all around.

On June 2, 2023 I was expecting delivery of my power lift chair. James, the delivery person, didn’t know that from my apartment I saw him drive up. He had to remove the back from the chair to get it out of the van by himself. I watched as he carefully laid down a blanket of some sort on the grass before placing the back of the chair down. A First Class move to protect the fabric !
Next he re-assembled the chair and brought it into the building. At the apartment door he had to dis-assemble the chair again to get it in my door.

Once inside he put it back together, connected the power supply and remote, etc. and showed me that everything was functioning properly. He was cheerful and courteous the entire time. Great Service JAMES.

I saw this chair at another chain store that sells home health care products. Luckily I called around for pricing and saved $$$ by dealing with Vicky at Mobility 1st (a family operated business). In addition to a great price they offered FREE delivery, saving me an additional $100. over that other store.

Wowza! We just purchased a Mobility Scooter for my husband today. We were not planning on buying one today, was just going to shop around. Bought batteries for a mobility scooter. Prices were very competitive, especially considering the free shipping. I had an unusual problem with one of the batteries but the folks at Mobility1st sent a replacement right away. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

Having been referred to Mobiliti 1st, I attended the business's beautyful and well stocked showroom, to view the selection (huge) of scooters. I was thrilled to have Ms Vicky to consult and sell me one. Delivery was arranged, Mr.Zac delivered it, explained everything and gave valuable advise. I drove the scooter once in my town and immediately knew this one was not for me. Changing it to a heavier model was effectively overseen by Ms Rebecca, and was no problem, the 1st one was simply exchanged.
I am looking forward to dealing with Mobility1st in the near future for some acoutrements.
Staff in this establishment is phenomenal.
My vote for the bussiness is a✨️ 4, until I confirm pending service.

My wife and I have been back and forth for several years on a Hot tub vs a hydro spa debate. Well time came and I pulled the trigger on a Soft Tub hydro spa and Rebekka and Mobility 1st made it happen very smoothly. I had been on the phone or waiting for call backs looking for "the" spa, good friend of mine said try Mobility 1st in London Rebekka answered the phone and made sure she had then worked with me to get it home and into use.
Service, Patients for some Quality service.
