My experience with Mobility on Mainway was awesome! I went in looking for a new pair of shoes as I am an avid runner and had worn through my previous pair of Brooks. They quickly found the correct shoe for me and ordered them in the colour I wanted! I was notified when my shoes were in and easily picked them up on my way home from work. Samantha was there waiting to make sure they fit properly and everything felt great. Highly recommend Mobility on Mainway for any footwear needs!

This was the best experience I've ever had! The team not only is incredibly knowledgeable and has the educational background to provide a full and comprehensive assessment, but she also took the time to diagnose, educate and provide alternatives for me. Mobility also helped me work with my insurance company which can be very picky to ensure I was taken care of. They also went the extra mile and found more things I was covered for.
The team at Mobility was incredibly friendly, organized and helpful throughout this entire experience. I have been referring them to my family and friends! Thank you!

Excellent products, service and follow up. All staff are welcoming and professional. Facility is clean and safe. Ben was able to custom fit a pair of orthotics for me and was able to provide an RX for insurance purposes. A few weeks after receiving, the fit and feel are exceptional.
I returned to purchase a pair of athletic shoes at a very competitive price.
No hesitation with recommending Mobility on Mainway.

Very poor service. They miss guide you so much and waste your time we waited 4 months to follow there process at the end the blame the insurance company Canada life now we left alone they close the file we provid them assessment from tje insurance. First they says they do Dricter billing then they tell you get the pre-determined from the insurance before they process we provide all the paper work Angola call us told me that he will help but then nothing don't go there they only want to help the white people.
Did they charge the insurance the assessment that they have done? Yes off course they did that wasn't Dricterly bill ?
They waste over 4 months never recommend to anyone .

I had a fabulous experience at Mobility on Mainway! We met with Terri-Lyn Jones who was extremely helpful in figuring out what our benefits covered for custom orthotics. She did a thorough examination, including checking range of motion and explained to us in detail the process, options, and what to expect. I’ve been wearing custom orthotics for over 30 years, and I’ve never had such great and thorough service. When we picked up the orthotics, Terri-Lyn took the time to test fit and make sure we were happy and comfortable. She also sent us a follow up email on a factory sale of one of their suppliers. We were thrilled with the deals! I really appreciate the care Terri-Lyn provided us, and I would highly recommend her if you are considering orthotics.

I highly recommend Mobility on Mainway for your orthotics and shoes! Staff are super friendly, helpful and kind. We had an amazing first experience with them. They are very professional and have a great selection and their store is very clean and organized. Parking is easy too! Don’t forget to check out their clearance room for great deals on shoes and boots! Will definitely return. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience at Mobility on Main. They are prompt with responses and keep to their appointment time slots. My orthotics arrived within 2 weeks and I have been very happy with them. I would definitely recommend them (note: very good COVID protocols in place as well).
