Have had internet service for 2.75 years as of Feb 2025. Cost is reasonable and competitive. Internet is fast, reliable, and Moby is great at communicating if there are any disruptions.

Customer service & technical support is great and fast. Shoutout to Josh! Had 1 issue in my tenure where a technician had to come and fix it. Called in the morning, service rep was very nice and was fast to action. Josh came to the rescue by 3PM. He was fast, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and fixed my problem and updated my router hardware.

Would recommend Moby to anyone - they’re doing it so much better than the Big Telecoms in terms of people, service, and cost.

In the last two weeks the Internet has been down three times from approximately 6:00 PM until the following day 6:00 AM on the weekends, 'when we call it's pointless because Moby has no qualified people answering the phone, they don't give their name, they're rude and they don't give assurances that a qualified technician is working hard to solve the outage', if you're relying on continuous Internet service over the weekends you had better think twice before signing up with Moby....other than that it's okay. Vista Towers is having issues, I don't think it's an in suite problem judging from the negative comments.
My outages are now daily.....my new star rating is one.

I have been 3 days without the internet. Some technician came to fix the issue. He replaced the old router with a new one, and he also fixed some issue with the main line. The internet still didn't work and I had to call them again after he left. It was so frustrating to be loosing on work since I work from home. I would have given less stars, but thanks to Josh. He is the best technician in the company. He ran multiple tests, replaced the newly replaced device with another new one, and he made sure that the internet is up and running before he leaves. He also thoroughly explained us what the issue was. Kudos to Josh for great work. 5 🌟 service.

I've been with Moby about a month and I'm very impressed so far. No contract which means they have confidence in their service, and when I had a technical issue during setup they literally came that day by noon. I'm in a contract with Telus and they would have given me a better price and faster speed, but as many of you who have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Telus know, it's never what they say it is. So for a couple more bucks, and the flexibility of ending whenever I want, add on dynamite service- I can't recommend Moby enough.
