Fast knowledgeable service. Their prices for plans suck but that isn't a reflection on this specific business. All Telecom providers in Canada are WAY overpriced. This business is in a convenient location in a retail park with lots of parking and friendly staff

I called about an upgrade for my 75 year old, registered blind dad. They had the phone out by the time we arrived. Since then he has accidentally changed settings, notifications etc, while learning it. He goes, they smile, they help him, they fix it for him. Absolutely fabulous service, the staff here deserve a raise!

The worst customer service experience I have had in years. Put down a deposit on a very common phone as it wasn't in stock at the time, and I wanted to ensure one was available for black Friday sales. Turns out I found a much better deal at a neighboring business (with much better service). I called the store and mentioned I wouldn't be taking the phone, and I would be coming in for my deposit to be credited back to me. The girl on the phone said it wasn't possible to get my deposit back as this money would be forfeited to the company for courier to deliver the phone to the store (I would think they would always have a few on hand and the customer wouldn't be charged a freight fee?) I then went to the store and after waiting in a long line with everyone else was able to speak with Joelle M who was the same girl I had dealt with on the phone. She immediately got very defensive and said I'm not getting my deposit back as it's now property of the company. I told her this was not possible as there is nothing on the bill of sales mentioning this, and she then said it was verbally told to me. I said "well sell me the phone outright, and i will return it." She said this wasn't possible either. I laughed and told her I would then see her in small claims court. I guess she went to the back as I had to wait another 5 minutes while I assumed she attempted to contact a manager. As she was going to the back, she continued to say, " You're not getting your money back." I could not believe the way I was spoken to by a front-line customer service representative. I imagine people that can not stick up for themselves or don't have a voice would have been taken fully advantage of in a situation like mine. I left the store after getting the head office contact details. Spoke with a person at head office. Was told to me she was in the wrong and I got my money back the next day. I was happy the way head office rectified this. However, I will not go back to this outlet ever again. They have lost my business.

Nicole was amazing! She had to stay over an hour past close and was so kind about it. She did not make us feel like she was irritated at all. She was knowledgeable and did her job professionally and was an absolute delight to deal with.

Went to get my number transferred to bell today, lady almost snaps my current sim and not letting the transfer take place fully because you’re supposed to accept the transfer on your current sim. Instead says it’s automatically does it with a temp number thus leaving me to have to deal with Roger’s and bell to accept a manual transfer. Poorly trained staff and wasted 3 hours getting it sorted on my end when employees should have it sorted while you’re at the store allowing a seamless transfer. Thanks for locking me out of my 2 step authentication accounts
