I can't say enough about them! After building our home, we decided to tackle the basement ourselves and knowing we were doing most of the labour ourselves, Kris worked with us through the initial ordering stage and he made it seamless for me to match my builder's existing hardware/door styles/trim. When we hit a delay due to some contractors we used, they were patient with us, and offered delivery at a VERY reasonable rate. Not only will I use them again, but I'd recommend them to anyone. I'd give them 100 stars if I could.

This is a wonderful local spot! Their staff are skilled and knowledgeable, helping me with questions related to flooring and moulding as a new house owner. The staff were friendly and patient with my billions of questions and they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely return back for my next mouldings and doors.

Put in a $12k order of doors and trim, some of it custom-cut. First they want to be paid 100% before delivery...wouldn't even accept a hold back for possibility of issues. This isn't acceptable on these kinds of orders. More disappointing is every single door came delivered with damage. Each one. A number of the trim pieces came damaged too. Broken, dented, scratches, evidence of the doors being walked on, bootprints and all.

A custom door was cut wrong. And of course because they are custom the response I get is they wouldn't take it back. $450..wow.

The sills attached to the door jambs were not all aligned, one was even a quarter inch off alignment. Absolutely poor quality.

Paid for primed pre hung doors but guess what...jambs don't come primed, just the door slabs.

Be aware about dealing with MW expecting any quality or service.

A great warehouse with extremely helpful staff. They were able to cut 100+ feet of custom moulding for our home in only a few days (after we had no luck searching all the local hardware stores). I would highly recommend their services.

Great place but impossible to shop there with those business hours. People who have 9-5, Mon-Fri jobs have to go to Home Depot.....like my girlfriend and I are going to do for our entire house......all moldings and doors 🙁
