I have been using Tianna for all my nail services for the past 6 months and she never disappoints. This past week I treated myself to a fresh set of beautiful valentines nails and a customized facial. Tianna is always punctual and polite during our time together. She is always able to create beautiful nail art with her technique and skills and always willing to fix my damaged cuticles.

Prior to my facial we discussed my main concerns and skin type to ensure the best service possible. She was able to revitalize my skin and I immediately was able to see an improvement following the appointment.
Tianna provided me with a list of skin care products and recommendations following my facial as I have rosacea and scar tissue damage.

I visited this salon for gel removal and a classic manicure (no polish), but the experience was extremely disappointing. The technician spent 1.5 hours trying to remove my gel, and in the end, claimed it was too difficult to remove, so there wouldn’t be enough time for the manicure ( she was very slow, leaving me with the towels for 10 minutes a few times) The tools they used were not sanitised, the towels were dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the place was unacceptable. The technician seemed unskilled, and when I was asked to leave without the service I requested ( see the picture straight after the manicure) , the administrator was rude and blamed me, stating it was my fault that the gel was too difficult to remove.

I ended up paying $84 for a poor experience with no manicure and no resolution.It was a waste of both time and money.

Last week, my family and I enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of facials and pedicures by Tianna and Taylor. Our circumstances were extenuating and Corey (the owner), Tianna, and Taylor went above and beyond to accommodate us. Their compassion and professionalism was extraordinary and we are all very grateful for an experience we won't forget!

Right from the start - the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming - the pedicure was relaxing and I was so pleased with the result. Taylor is extremely skilled and you can tell she enjoys her job and always wants to do the very best for clients. Come here for a great experience!
