I have only great things to say about this place! The environment is clean, relaxing and very friendly. Every staff member I have encountered on my visits has always been so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Myself, and my kids, love seeing Dr. B! She is very knowledgeable, explains things well, and takes the time needed for a thorough appointment every time. Plus just chatting with her brightens your day! I would definitely recommend this place for adults and children.

I loved my first experience at the clinic.

From the reception, the girls who did my pre-exam to Dr. Adams. The service was always very courteous and always very pleasant.

I loved meeting Dr. Adams, she is excellent at what she does.

And to top it off, we have the option of making glasses at the clinic.

I had the great pleasure of being attended by Jocelyn. How friendly (as well as beautiful).

Jocelyn, thank you very much for your tips when choosing the frame of the glasses, you couldn't have been more accurate and regarding the lenses. Now I feel like my eyes were like a tube TV and now they are like an HD screen.

I had glaucoma test done for the first time as a specialist had recommended that I get one done. It was very interesting & involved some different machines. The staff were so pleasant & told me ahead of time what was going to occur & what I needed to do. I was told if I wanted a break just to tell them. I am always treated with respect & kindness whenever I go whether it's for a scheduled appointment or just to ask t have my glasses adjusted and cleaned.

My daughter and I came in for the trick or treat event in the downtown and we really appreciate the candy and stickers. I know it may seem like kids and parents just pass through for this event but it's a very nice gesture that doesn't go un noticed for optometry needs in the future. I’m very happy with the fit and choice of frames. The issues with the lenses are due to the ongoing condition changes of the diagnosed cataracts in my right eye. As this was known at the time of my eyewear fitting there is a warranty on the lenses and the prescription will need to be redone and lenses replaced after my cataracts are resolved. The only other problem is the bifocals are not correct for the purpose intended, however this can wait to be resolved afterwards as well. Just to clarify that I will be depending on the corrections and warranty as originally discussed with my eyewear technician at time of purchase. Thanks sincerely Wallace Hubler.

I’m been dealing with a company in Canmore since July this is Thanksgiving weekend and I still don’t have the proper glasses and they’re arguing with me. I phoned Mountain View Thursday morning. They had me booked in Thursday afternoon and my glasses are on their way the same day they were very thorough, and very happy to explain everything to me.
I will gladly drive an hour one way to deal with these people.
