In the fall of 2024, our furnace died. Jordan set everything else aside to deal with the emergency and it was an emergency. One day I believe he worked until after 6:00pm, even though he is a single parent with kids at home. We gave him some cash to buy takeout for him and his kids. He was back bright and early the next morning. Some of the other reviewers need to understand that emergencies take priority.

Then, air conditioning stopped working this week (this was not an emergency) and he was able to come in a couple days, and fixed it in an hour. Great guy. Great service. I’d hire him again in a minute!

Jordan installed ventilation in our garage. He did a great job, and it made a HUGE difference in the air quality. He was able to assess what we needed by sending him a few pictures. It was a painless process. Then we decided to sell our house, and the buyers wanted it removed. He removed it and will now install it in our new house. It was a win-win for us. He also repaired our humidifier for the sale. He was able to assess what was wrong, and it runs like new. Jordan at Mountain's Edge has become our first call for all things HVAC, and we will be calling him.

Jord & his business partner did a great job. We had a leaking hot water tank. I called them up one day with my concern about it. He made a couple calls, sent me an estimate, got a new tank & arrived the next afternoon. They were quiet & professional and we we able to continue working while they worked. They hauled away all the garbage & cleaned everything up. We had a leaky valve tap they fixed as well. The quick & professional service is appreciated. Thank you.

Do not recommend, agreed to a job at a set price then attempted to increase the price after beginning the job. After threatening to up and leave I was forced to fine someone new. Also, never offer any payment until the job is done!

I would not recommend using this company they told me they would come here this morning to work on my garage heater he texted saying he forgot he had appointment this morning and asked if he could come tomorrow when I told him I stayed home he stayed why would I do that for a garage heater that doesn't make sense and laughed at it and said he could have came last night which he didn't offer very poor customer service and very unprofessional I recommend calling another company that cares about there customers
