All the machines are of the highest quality, and after sale service is top notch. Our 20+ year old coffee maker is still going strong and used daily. Love the fact they are a local family owned and operated business. You can even stop in a try a coffee!

I originally bought my machine from this company (15+yrs). We have always handled our maintenance and small replacement parts ourselves. This time, I needed to change our salt filter. I was told that it had to be changed by them because the new filters had new tubes. If I called first, the exchange could be completed in a day (about $35)...not the experience I had. I called first and when I dropped it off I was told they were busy - OK I did not expect it back in a day (it took a week). Cost? They would look at the machine and give me a call as to cost before they conducted the work.

I will not bore you here with all the calls I made to them. All the lies I was told (I am pretty smart, I listen when you continually contradict yourselves, of course I am too polite to call you liars to your face). Customer service is definitely not important to Mr Cappuccino. They do not call you, they do not give you estimates before the work is done. MAKE SURE you get all the parts of your machine back correctly (I noted my handle missing when I picked it up). They said they never touched the handle - then why did they have to go to the back to find it? It also came home with the wrong basket - they 'noticed' we were using single shot basket (never have - it was at home and double shot in the handle when I dropped it off, but not when I picked it up). At least when returned the next day they gave me the right basket. Apologies? Not a chance.

In the end the bill came to $462. Should I have paid it? Perhaps not. I know if I need repair in the future I would rather throw out the machine, than ever walk through their door.

Oh and that salt filter? I had to wait to have it installed when I picked up the machine, it had not been done.

Recently purchased one of the Magister MS30 machines, and after pulling shots with the Mr. Cappuccino blends of espresso I won't use any other coffee in my grinder/machine. Best espresso ever! Really impressed with the equipment the store has to offer. Couldn't recommend them enough, the support was amazing with the owners giving me a complete rundown on how to use/maintain the equipment.

Been buying my espresso from here for years and wouldn’t dare go anywhere else. The locally roasted beans are always fresh and delicious. When I have extra time I’m invited for a cappuccino in the back and spend a few minutes chatting with the owners. Highly recommended.
