I only called these guys because they originally had installed the furnace in the place I bought (completely wrong model installed upside down, so the controls are impossible to use as they are facing down and near the floor). They charged me ~$80 to stop by and tell me the furnace is working fine when the fan will barely turn. Since the extended warranty is clearly useless I opened it up myself and cleaned dust off the fan. Fixed in less than 15 minutes.

my sewer was backing up into my basement, they quickly rearranged things and made it out to clean the lines, and that was on a Friday, the following Monday had to give them a call again because the main water line coming into the house sprung a leak. again they quickly rearranged things and came out to fix my issue.

I have called here three times trying to get someone to come look at my Geothermal furnace. Every time the receptionist tells me Pat will call me back. That last time I called was about a year ago and still haven’t heard from the guy. Worst service I have ever seen.
