We purchased 3 garage doors off this company more 16 months ago and 2 of the wall openers went bad. I phoned the office and asked if they could fix the doors and specifically asked if this repair was covered under the warranty. I was told that yes indeed it was. This happened just at Christmas time and was told that they were closed until Jan 6th, in the meantime I manually operated the doors. I phoned on the 7th and was given a repair date 10 days later. They came out and replaced the 2 wall openers in quick smart time and departed. I just received a bill for $270 for the call. I queried the bill with the accounting rep who was at bare minimum condensating and was told that it was not covered under warranty as it was just a button and was responsible for the charge. I phoned the manufacturer Liftmaster and asked why they would not cover the replacement part and was told that the part is covered and the company was wrong and subsequently told not to pay the invoice. They also said the company would be red flagged in their dealer system. I'm not happy that I've spent over 10k with this company and they are trying to rip me off. I cannot we good conscience recommend thuis company. So buyer beware!!

Jaye and his team just completed a fantastic job on a challenging garage door replacement in my daughter's new home. Sean McKay and Jamie Howard were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and "creative" as their boss asked them to be! The end result was a superb installation that dramatically changed the front appearance of the house. There wasn't so much as a scrap of garbage left behind either! This was an excellent and professional experience from the first meeting with Jaye to the site visit to the installation and in record time to boot! Thanks to all three of them for getting this job done so well!

I asked Jaye to come out a customer's place to adjust the 3 side mount openers on there garage. Received my invoice today to find out that one opener was replaced. I called to inquire and was told that they would be happy to come back out to remove the opener. I ask why I was not contacted before a new $600 opener was installed and was told they are the only service provider in Muskoka and they don't have time to drive around. They just do it all in one trip. I totally understand the reasoning but was not offered a reason for not getting a simple call. Just the repeated we'll come back and remove it. I'll be definitely looking for another company in the future and do not recommend Muskoka Garage Door.

We purchased garage doors here and had 3 installed. Excellent pricing and service, they were very accommodating, great quality work. We're so glad we didn't get doors at Home Depot, MGD ended up having better prices for the doors we purchased!

The large spring on my up and over garage door broke. I called Jay and luckily one of his guys was in my area. He came by that afternoon, assessed the damage and took some measurements. He said a new spring would have to be fabricated. Next morning he turned up with the new spring, assembled it and the door worked perfectly. Great work and awesome customer service at a reasonable price.

Bought two doors last summer and had them installed this year. Added two openers and, as others have said, price and workmanship were both exceptional.

Go up
