I had to call this company twice. I paid them 300.00 for service calls that did nothing. I do not think their techs know their jobs. They both had different opinions of the issues. One of them actually said he had no idea what the first guy was talking about"
I do not understand for the life of me how a company can let a very unhappy customer walk out of their office with investigating the complaint. I will never recommend MMS to plunge a toilet

After a week out of hydro (big storm), had to replace my gas furnace- more economical than trying to repair the old girl. WOW new furnace was so hot last night (and its -10 outside) had to turn the furnace way down lower than we ever did on the old furnace. Price was very competetive and new furnace is a LENNOX - Good Brand. I am extremely impressed - guys were very professional too. Left no mess :). One happy, happy customer 🙂

Great experience with this company as always. Our HVAC motor went on the fritz. Their tech. came out, arrived on time and was quick to complete the job. We expected delays in scheduling due to a sever snow storm, during the Christmas holidays and ordering parts, but that was not the case at all. Our system was quickly fixed and in brand new working order.

UNRELIABLE !!!
At 2:30 pm my appointment was cancelled, as the technician felt it would 'take too long' to complete the annual cleaning of my furnace. I explained I had taken time off work and requested a weekend time for the re-schedule but was told I would have to pay extra, even though they were the ones cancelling & changing the appointment. I definitely would not recommend this company. Who knows if they’ll show up!

I called for service, its a holiday so i was told i could get emergency service but she was unable to tell me the rate. She also said she couldnt schedule me in for regular service if i waited and used the woodstove in the meantime. Very uninformed telephone reps. Not impressed with this as i have to keep turning the furnace off and on to keep it working. I would have paid the emergency overtime fees but i like to be informed before i make a decision and they were unable to do that.

I call them to ONLY look at my floor heating. They go out of their way to look at my furnace which was not on the original work order. I believe that the technicians are instructed to see if there is other work they can source while they are on site without the home owners consent. The furnace was working and causing me and my family no issues. They call me and say along with the issue regarding your floor, we have found that your furnace is old and may need replacing. I know that their quotes are always much higher than the industry. For the first time since I have dealt with them, I told them I am looking at other quotes and getting different opinions to see if what they are telling me is correct. Keep in mind that I have already spent over $20,000 with this company over the years. As we know it takes time to source quotes and get opinions. Today I get an email stating that if I do not approve their quote that they will call the propane company to turn the propane off to the entire house. This unethical behaviour needs to stop. The best way to stop strong arm sales tactics like this is to not use their service. Buyer beware. Below is the email I received.

We have successfully repaired the in-floor heating and need to remind you that the issue with the furnace we told you needed replacing still needs to be addressed. I believe we have 15 days remaining until we need to notify the propane company of the situation since we deem the furnace as being at “end of life”.

Let me know if you are working towards the new furnace.
